I had the privilege of attending a course R Programming Fundamentals and Statistics under Alvin. The practical examples and clear explanation enabled me to grasp the concepts easily. His engaging teaching style encouraged me to ask more questions, and he took the time to patiently explain through concepts. I would highly recommend his courses to those interested in furthering their understanding of R programming!
I had the opportunity to attend Dr Alvin Ang's Data Analytics with R course, and I enjoyed the class a lot. Dr Alvin Ang was able to explain R concepts very clearly and answer our questions promptly. His teaching style was very engaging (he includes some witty humour during the class from time to time). I would recommend anybody who wants to learn a skill to come sign up for a course at Tertiary Courses Singapore.
I had the pleasure of learning Data Analysis with Python under Dr. Alvin Ang. He explained the concepts clearly and made the lessons easy to follow, even for someone who was still new to Python and data analysis. His practical examples and step-by-step teaching approach helped me better understand how Python can be used to analyse data. Dr. Alvin was also patient, encouraging and always willing to clarify our questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to build a strong foundation in Python and data analysis.
This is my second time joining Dr. Alvin Ang's class. I first attended last year on 16 Aug 2025. Today I signed up for the Excel Power Query and Power Pivot course. Dr. Ang is very patient. He makes sure we really understand, and he'll even invite us to a Google Meet to troubleshoot why Power Pivot or Power Query isn't working. He also shares tips to help speed up our work and make daily tasks easier.
