What's This Course About

This course equips participants with the practical skills to use Claude Cowork and agentic AI workflows to plan, execute, and optimise affiliate marketing programmes. Learners will explore how Claude Cowork can support affiliate research, partner discovery, competitor analysis, audience profiling, offer evaluation, campaign planning, and the creation of promotional content across websites, email, social media, and other digital channels.

Participants will learn to connect Claude Cowork with relevant data sources and marketing systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools. They will create reusable Claude Skills based on real-world affiliate marketing processes, such as reviewing potential partners, generating campaign briefs, producing brand-aligned content, managing affiliate communications, and preparing performance reports. These repeatable workflows help improve consistency, reduce manual work, and enable marketing activities to scale more effectively.

The course also covers the use of agentic AI to monitor key metrics such as traffic, clicks, conversions, conversion rates, commissions, revenue, and return on investment. Learners will use Claude Cowork to consolidate campaign information, identify performance trends, compare affiliates and offers, detect potential issues, and recommend data-driven improvements while maintaining human oversight and compliance with marketing policies.

Through practical activities and real-world scenarios, participants will develop an AI-assisted affiliate marketing system that supports faster content production, stronger partner coordination, and continuous campaign optimisation. This course is suitable for beginner and intermediate learners who have foundational digital marketing knowledge and want to apply Claude Cowork and agentic AI to affiliate programme management.

How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.

Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026

  • Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
  • SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
  1. Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
  2. Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
  3. Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
  4. No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.

Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.

Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026

Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

How to Apply PSEA

Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.

  1. Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
  2. Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
  3. Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
  4. We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
  5. MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.

More details: MOE PSEA overview.

Appeal Process

If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal.

  1. When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
  2. Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
  3. If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.
  4. Lodge your appeal within 7 days, giving your reasons, using the Candidate Appeal Form. The assessor can help you write and lodge it.
  5. An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.
  6. You will be told the outcome within 2 weeks of lodging the appeal. The panel's decision is final.

Dr. Alfred Ang builds the marketing systems that bring learners to his own courses, which gives him a practical lens on agentic AI for affiliate marketing. He is Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd and the founder of Tertiary Courses, and a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect who specialises in agentic automation and AI chatbots. His work with Claude goes deep: among the 300+ public repositories on his GitHub are ai-pei and ai-cms, AI-powered content management systems that build SEO and lead generation into every page and run content generation, a self-improving chatbot and an auto-blog scheduler on the Claude Agent SDK, and skills, a published library of Claude Code skills. He has also built tapcard, a mobile-first digital business card platform with lead capture and a Kanban sales pipeline, and socialmediapost, a publishing platform that posts video, photos and text to 22 social networks from one API call with scheduling, pipelines and analytics. Alongside the Claude Agent SDK he works with n8n, Langflow, Flowise, CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen and the OpenAI and Google Gemini agent SDKs. His academic grounding is a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from NUS, with more than 20 peer-reviewed papers and more than 20 co-invented US patents. He is a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), and holds the Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU.

In this WSQ course, Dr. Ang shows marketers, content creators and business owners how to run affiliate programmes with Claude Cowork and agentic workflows. Topic 1 covers affiliate research and campaign planning: using Claude Cowork for partner discovery, competitor analysis, audience profiling and offer evaluation, then turning that research into a campaign plan. Topic 2 focuses on creating affiliate content and automated workflows, where learners connect Claude Cowork to data sources and marketing systems through Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and package their own processes, such as reviewing a prospective partner or drafting a promotional email, into reusable Claude Skills. Topic 3 addresses performance analysis and optimisation, with agents reading campaign data, comparing partners and channels and recommending what to scale or stop. His experience writing skills and wiring Claude into content pipelines helps learners design skills that are specific enough to be reliable, while his Power BI background supports the reporting side. He is equally careful about disclosure of affiliate relationships, honest claims and data privacy, drawing on his AI ethics and governance training, and he encourages learners to keep a human review step before anything is published. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he keeps the class hands-on, so participants leave with a planned campaign, a set of working skills and connectors and a repeatable process for growing affiliate revenue responsibly. Allen Wong is a forward-thinking digital marketing strategist who has used analytics, CRM, AI tools and marketing automation to design targeted campaigns with strong return on ad spend (ROAS). He has also served as Marketing Manager at OTT Inspire and at Asia Arts & Culture (Kallang Theatre), leading B2B and B2C lead generation, event marketing and brand visibility campaigns.
