How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply PSEA
Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.
- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.
Appeal Process
If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal.
- When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
- Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
- If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.
- Lodge your appeal within 7 days, giving your reasons, using the Candidate Appeal Form. The assessor can help you write and lodge it.
- An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.
- You will be told the outcome within 2 weeks of lodging the appeal. The panel's decision is final.

Patrick Oh delivers business presentations as a core part of his consulting work, putting proposals, findings and recommendations to clients and management teams. A Singapore Certified Management Consultant listed by TUV SUD, he runs SG Venture Consulting and advises on governance, risk and compliance, corporate compliance, performance management and solutions design. He holds the CIPM certification from the IAPP and, according to a training-provider trainer profile, has provided Singapore PDPA consultancy for more than 13 years. He implements and audits ISO management systems, including quality and environmental management and ISO 14064 greenhouse gas accounting, and is active in sustainability reporting and community development. Before turning to consulting he worked for years as an automation design engineer, and he writes on management topics. His work regularly requires him to present complex compliance and performance information so that decision-makers can grasp it quickly and act on it.
Patrick did not build the generative AI tools used in this course; his value lies in showing learners how to use them in service of a clear business message. He starts with the business and organisational context, helping learners set presentation objectives aligned with organisational goals and choose the right presentation mode before any tool is opened. As the class uses tools such as Gamma, Napkin, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Gemini to develop targeted collaterals, he brings a privacy professional's judgement to what information should and should not be entered into AI tools, an important consideration under the PDPA. In the delivery unit, his client-facing experience informs the techniques for engaging and persuading audiences and for handling discussions and negotiations that arise during a presentation. He then guides learners to review and enhance their presentations using feedback and evidence, much as he would review a management system. Participants leave able to plan, produce and deliver persuasive presentations faster, with AI as an assistant rather than a substitute for thinking.
Dr. Alfred Ang is a former Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) who now builds the AI tools that are changing how presentations are made. He is a corporate trainer, ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, and he serves as Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd and founder of Tertiary Courses, where he designs and delivers Skills Framework-aligned WSQ programmes. As a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect, he holds Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and AWS Certified AI Practitioner credentials, along with a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from NUS, and his more than 20 peer-reviewed papers and more than 20 co-invented US patents mean he has spent years explaining complex ideas to demanding audiences. The more than 300 public repositories on his GitHub include several audience-engagement and visual-communication projects: livepoll, a Mentimeter-style real-time polling app; pinboard, a Padlet-inspired canvas for sticky notes and live collaboration; whiteboard, a browser-based whiteboard with vector shapes and flowchart elements; videocreation, which turns a topic into a narrated video with AI-generated script and voiceover; lipsyncdemo, which turns a portrait and a script into a talking avatar; and skills, a collection of Claude Code skills that includes generating NotebookLM slides. That combination of speaking experience and AI engineering is unusual, and it shapes everything he teaches about presenting.
In WSQ - Generative AI for Business Presentations, Dr. Ang combines speaking craft with hands-on use of Gamma, Napkin, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Gemini. The first learning unit sets the foundations, looking at business and organisational contexts and how generative AI is changing the way presentations are prepared and delivered. The second unit covers planning, where learners set clear objectives aligned with organisational goals, choose the most suitable presentation mode, and use AI tools to develop targeted collaterals such as slides, short videos and demonstrations for different audiences. The third unit is about delivery: techniques to engage and persuade, tailoring the message to the room, and handling discussions and negotiations with composure, all areas where his Toastmasters experience gives practical, tested advice. The final unit focuses on reviewing outcomes and continuous improvement, using feedback and AI-assisted reflection to strengthen the next presentation. He is clear that AI can produce a polished deck in minutes but cannot stand in front of the audience for you, so he spends as much time on structure, storytelling and delivery as on the tools. He also shows how live polls and collaborative boards keep an audience involved. Learners practise presenting their own AI-assisted material and receive constructive feedback, leaving with a stronger deck and a more confident delivery style. He also shows how to check AI-generated visuals and statistics for accuracy before they appear in front of clients or senior management. To see the presentation and engagement tools he builds, view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
