1. Are the price shown is the final price I will pay?

The price indicated is the final price per pax. There is no GST. 

2. How do I make payment?

Payment will be by Paypal, Moneybooker Credit Cards, Cheque and Bank/ATM Wire Transfer. 

3. How do I cancel my course booking?

To cancel your booking, please inform us 1 day prior to the course starts. We will do a full refund.

4. Can I pay on the course day?

Yes. Please register online and choose Cheque payment. You can then pay by Cash or Cheque on the course date.

5. How do I register the course?

It's as easy as clicking a few buttons. Once you've found a course that you like, simply click the 'Book Now!' button on the course and you will be taken to our easy one-step checkout.page. Simply fill up the following information to the checkout page.

6. Can I book the course by telephone?

8. I`m having a problem booking online, what can I do?

Simply call us at our hotline no. 9698 3731. Our customer service officer would be more than happy to take your order over the phone.

10. If I am not satisfied with the course, can I get a refund?

All our courses are full money back gauranteed. You can launch a refund request to us within 7 days after the course. We will check with the trainer whether the course is duly delivered according to the course description and the opinion from other participants. If there is a shortfall on the expectation of the course, we will do a full refund. However, there is no refund after 7 days lapsed from the course date.

11. Can I get free consultancy from the trainers after the course?
