You will be part of the front-line team that keeps our training operations running — handling course registrations, answering learner enquiries and supporting trainers on class days. A good fit if you enjoy working with people and want exposure to how a busy training centre operates day to day.
What You Will Do
- Administration — process course registrations, maintain learner records, prepare attendance sheets, certificates and course materials, and keep our systems accurate and up to date.
- Customer service — respond to learner enquiries over phone, email and WhatsApp, guide them on course selection, schedules, funding and payment, and follow up on outstanding registrations.
- Operations — set up and pack down classrooms, coordinate with trainers on class-day logistics, and assist walk-in learners at the training centre.
What We Look For
- ITE students on an internship placement, in any discipline.
- Comfortable communicating with learners in English, both written and spoken.
- Organised, careful with details, and willing to learn on the job.
- Good attitude — positive, respectful, dependable and open to feedback.
Working Arrangement
- Minimum internship duration of 5 months.
- 5-day work week including one weekend day, 9am – 6pm.
- May include an afternoon shift, 2pm – 10pm.
- Medical leave (MC) is regarded as no-pay leave.
Polytechnic InternshipInternship · Singapore
You will sit between our IT and operations teams — supporting our Training Management System (TMS) and Learning Management System (LMS), resolving SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) API submission issues, and keeping training systems and lab environments working. You will also contribute to in-house development, which is primarily vibe coding with AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex, alongside building and supporting n8n automation workflows. A good fit if you want practical IT experience beyond coursework.
What You Will Do
- IT support — prepare and troubleshoot training laptops, software installations and lab environments, and provide first-line technical support to trainers and learners during classes.
- TMS & LMS operations — support our Training Management System and Learning Management System day to day: create and update course runs and schedules, maintain learner enrolments and records, upload courseware, and keep platform content accurate.
- SSG API support — help submit and reconcile course run, enrolment, attendance and assessment data to the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) APIs, investigate submission errors and rejected records, and follow through until the data is accepted.
- Software development (vibe coding) — assist on in-house web and automation projects, building and testing features and fixing bugs primarily through vibe coding with Claude Code and Codex, then reviewing and verifying what the AI produces.
- n8n automation — help build, test and support n8n workflows that automate our internal operations and integrations.
What We Look For
- Polytechnic students on an internship placement, preferably from IT, computing, engineering or a related diploma.
- Basic scripting or programming ability, and comfort troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Careful with data and comfortable working through system errors methodically — useful for TMS/LMS records and SSG API submissions.
- Keen to work with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Codex, and with n8n automation.
- Self-driven, with the initiative to pick up new tools quickly.
University InternshipInternship · Singapore
You will work alongside our technology team on real AI and software development projects that go into production — from AI agents and automation workflows to features on our learning platform. Development is primarily vibe coding with Claude Code and Codex, with n8n for automation flows. A good fit if you want to ship real systems rather than sample projects.
What You Will Do
- AI projects — build and evaluate AI agents, LLM-powered tools and automation workflows, including prompt design, integration with our internal systems, and measuring how well they perform.
- Software development (vibe coding) — design, build and test features on our learning platform and internal tools primarily by vibe coding with Claude Code and Codex, working across the front end, back end and database, and reviewing AI-generated code before it ships.
- n8n automation — build and support n8n workflows that connect our systems and automate operational processes.
- Engineering practice — write clean and documented code, participate in code reviews, and help take a project from prototype through to deployment.
What We Look For
- University students on an internship placement, preferably from computer science, data science, engineering or a related degree.
- Solid programming fundamentals and familiarity with at least one modern language and framework.
- Comfortable working with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Codex, and able to critically review what they generate.
- Genuine interest in AI, with the curiosity to explore new tools independently.
- Good attitude — positive, respectful, dependable and open to feedback.
Working Arrangement
- Minimum internship duration of 5 months.
- 5-day work week including one weekend day, 9am – 6pm.
- Medical leave (MC) is regarded as no-pay leave.
Postgraduate InternshipInternship · Singapore
You will take ownership of an AI or software project end to end — scoping the problem, choosing the approach, building it and evaluating the result. Delivery is primarily vibe coding with Claude Code and Codex, with n8n for automation flows. A good fit if you want to apply postgraduate research skills to production systems and see your work used by real learners.
What You Will Do
- Lead AI projects — scope and deliver AI initiatives such as agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented systems and model evaluation, and recommend the approach best suited to the problem.
- Software development (vibe coding) — architect and build production-grade features and integrations across our learning platform and internal tools, delivering primarily through vibe coding with Claude Code and Codex and holding the quality bar on what the AI generates.
- n8n automation — design and support n8n workflows that orchestrate our systems and automate operational processes.
- Applied research — assess emerging AI tools and techniques, run experiments, document your findings, and translate them into practical improvements.
- Knowledge sharing — contribute to technical documentation and share what you build with the wider team.

- Strong programming ability and hands-on experience with machine learning or AI frameworks.
- Fluent with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Codex, and able to review and correct AI-generated code.
- Able to work independently, scope ambiguous problems and drive a project to completion.
- Good attitude — positive, respectful, dependable and open to feedback.
