Gary Chan Kim Heng is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and experienced corporate finance executive with over 25 years of leadership across finance, governance, and strategic management. A former Regional CFO and Vice President (Asia Pacific) for a Fortune 500 company, Gary has overseen financial planning, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance for multinational operations. He holds an MBA from Brunel University, an MSc in Strategic Marketing from the National University of Ireland, and is an ACCA-qualified professional. Currently, as the founder and principal trainer of Smart Skill Training & Consulting, Gary designs and delivers professional development programs in corporate governance, taxation, and financial management.
