CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) Training prepares you for the CompTIA CySA+ certification (exam CS0-003), which validates the skills to detect, analyse and respond to cyber security threats using behavioural analytics. CySA+ is designed for security analysts, security operations centre staff, incident responders and IT professionals who want to move into or advance in hands-on cyber defence roles, and it builds naturally on CompTIA Security+.

The course follows the official exam domains. You will start with security operations, covering system and network architecture, analysing indicators of malicious activity, threat intelligence and threat hunting, and using tools such as SIEM, EDR and packet analysis to monitor and investigate events. Next you will study vulnerability management, including scanning methods, analysing and prioritising vulnerabilities, and recommending controls and mitigations for systems, applications and cloud environments.

The course continues with incident response and management, covering attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, the incident response lifecycle, containment, eradication, recovery and post-incident activities, and closes with reporting and communication, including vulnerability and incident reports, metrics and stakeholder communication. Each domain includes practical scenarios and performance-based question practice. By the end, you will be able to analyse and respond to threats confidently and be well prepared to pass the CompTIA CySA+ exam.
