LO2: Develop continuity plans for critical operations and review them against recovery strategies and risk mitigation needs.
LO3: Facilitate the implementation of ISO 22301 plans and manage resource conflicts in collaboration with stakeholders.
LO4: Evaluate the effectiveness of continuity plans using test results and assess impacts of disruptive events on key functions.
