How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply PSEA

- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.

Dr. Alfred Ang has built his own AI content engines, so WSQ Generative AI for Content Creation is grounded in systems he runs rather than in theory. He is a full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect, courseware developer and corporate trainer, and the Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, where he designs Skills Framework-aligned WSQ and IBF programmes and translates complex technologies into practical learning. His public GitHub portfolio includes a self-hosted, AI-powered content management system for Singapore training providers built on Next.js and the Claude Agent SDK, with AI content generation, a weekly auto-blog scheduler and SEO and lead capture built in; a similar AI-powered CMS for Tertiary Infotech Academy with a self-improving chatbot; a tool that turns any topic into a narrated video with AI-generated scripts, voiceover and animated scenes for TikTok and YouTube formats; an automated YouTube video production pipeline that researches, scripts and renders videos from a web-form request; a logo maker that generates options with Gemini or OpenAI; and a social media publishing platform that posts to 22 platforms with scheduling and analytics. He holds a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and AWS Certified AI Practitioner credentials, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS. As a former Distinguished Toastmaster, he also understands how audiences respond to clear, engaging communication, and earlier in his career he founded OSWeb2Design Singapore Pte Ltd, which offered web development, ebook publishing and digital marketing services.
These experiences shape a course that treats generative AI as part of a content strategy, not a shortcut. Learners begin by examining how AI-generated content fits organisational priorities, defining strategy objectives, identifying a target audience and establishing the roles ChatGPT and other generative tools should play, so that AI serves the strategy rather than dictating it. He then focuses on evaluating AI-generated content, teaching prompt engineering practices that produce on-brand drafts, and using AI to generate and test ideas for market research and digital marketing before aligning the results with business goals. Learners compare outputs from different tools and prompts, and score them for accuracy, tone, originality and fit with the target audience. The third topic addresses ethical and legal concerns, including copyright, disclosure, accuracy, bias and data privacy, drawing directly on his AI ethics and governance training. Learners then develop a plan for managing AI-generated content and consider which management system suits their organisation, a question he can answer from experience of building content management systems with review steps and scheduled publishing. He emphasises human review at every stage, because quality, accuracy and brand voice remain the author's responsibility. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he runs practical exercises on real content briefs, so participants leave with a strategy, prompts and a governance plan they can apply at work. Learners who want to see his work for themselves are welcome to browse his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
