How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026

  • Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.

  1. Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.

  4. No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.

Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.

Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026

Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

More details: MOE PSEA overview.

Appeal Process

  3. If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.

Patrick Oh is a Singapore Certified Management Consultant whose practice sits where people, policy and compliance meet. Listed by TUV SUD as a certified consultant and leading SG Venture Consulting, he advises organisations on governance, risk and compliance, corporate compliance, performance management and solutions design. He holds the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) credential from the IAPP and, according to a training-provider trainer profile, has delivered Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) consultancy for more than 13 years. He also implements and audits ISO management systems covering quality and environmental management and ISO 14064 greenhouse gas accounting, and he is active in sustainability practice and community development. Before consulting he worked for years as an automation design engineer. Community development and sustainability work keep him close to questions of wellbeing and social responsibility, while his compliance background keeps those ambitions grounded in what an employer is actually required to do.

That combination suits a course on employee health and wellness. In the first topic on wellness trends and legislative compliance, Patrick is particularly well placed to discuss data privacy requirements and employee rights, since health information is among the most sensitive personal data an organisation handles and must be managed in line with the PDPA. He connects work-life balance, mental and emotional wellbeing, and diversity, equity and inclusion to the governance and policy frameworks that make programmes sustainable rather than one-off events. When learners design and integrate health and wellness programmes, engage employees and plan preventive initiatives, he brings the structured thinking of a management systems implementer: clear objectives, defined responsibilities and regular review. His performance management experience helps learners link wellness outcomes to organisational results and evaluate whether a programme is working. Participants leave able to propose a wellness programme that is well designed, compliant and respectful of employee privacy, and that management can support with confidence.

Kishori Chaudhari is a wellness consultant and certified trainer with over 15 years of experience in corporate health management, fitness coaching and workplace well-being. A qualified yoga instructor and mindfulness practitioner, she has designed and facilitated health and stress management programmes for professionals across Asia, drawing on a multidisciplinary background in psychology, nutrition and fitness. She also brings a strong foundation in adult learning and communication, holding a Master of Arts in TESOL, a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Manchester, the WSQ ACLP and the WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP).

In Empowering Employee Health and Wellness at the Workplace, Kishori guides participants in developing comprehensive well-being strategies that address both preventive care and mental health. Her sessions draw on mindfulness practices, stress reduction techniques and work-life balance frameworks, alongside the course's coverage of wellness dimensions, legislative and data privacy requirements, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Learners plan programme structures that engage employees, communicate initiatives effectively and gather feedback through surveys, focus groups and interviews. By integrating physical vitality, emotional balance and mental resilience, she empowers HR professionals and team leaders to cultivate thriving, health-conscious workplaces.

Steven Ho is a senior management consultant and corporate trainer with over 30 years of experience in leadership development, workplace engagement and organisational change. Having held senior executive roles in the public and private sectors, he brings deep expertise in human capital strategy and business transformation. Steven holds a Master's in Training and Development and the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), and he is known for an engaging facilitation style that combines strategic insight with people-centric development.

In Empowering Employee Health and Wellness at the Workplace, Steven helps organisations link employee well-being to leadership effectiveness and organisational performance. His training emphasises empathetic leadership, resilience building and workplace culture in promoting holistic health, connecting them to the course's coverage of wellness trends, work-life balance, mental and emotional well-being, and legislative and data privacy requirements. Learners design and implement health and wellness programmes, plan strategies to engage employees and communicate initiatives, and analyse feedback to improve them. Through practical frameworks and leadership exercises, he equips managers to create supportive work environments that balance productivity with psychological safety and employee morale.

Teddy Yip is an experienced corporate trainer and business consultant with over two decades of expertise in leadership, team development and workplace transformation. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Controlling and professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Agile Management. As an ACLP-certified trainer, Teddy has facilitated corporate programmes that integrate process excellence with employee development, and his strength lies in combining operational insight with human-centred approaches to drive engagement and productivity.

In Empowering Employee Health and Wellness at the Workplace, Teddy focuses on embedding wellness practices into corporate systems and leadership frameworks. Learners examine emerging health and wellness trends, the dimensions of wellness, work-life balance and mental well-being, together with the data privacy requirements and employee rights that any programme must respect. He shows how to structure and implement wellness programmes, engage employees, communicate initiatives and analyse feedback, linking productivity, motivation and mental well-being through data-driven performance management. By combining leadership principles with wellness strategies, he helps managers build high-performing teams that are efficient as well as psychologically and emotionally balanced.

Lynn Foo is a certified wellness coach, fitness educator and health programme specialist with more than 20 years of experience in physical well-being and preventive health. She has conducted wellness and ergonomics workshops for corporate clients, educational institutions and government agencies, and holds professional certifications in fitness, Pilates and nutrition alongside the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). Her broader background includes a tenure as Director of an international school, where she led portfolios including corporate strategy, corporate social responsibility programmes and regulatory compliance, and she is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager and an IMDA-approved PDPA trainer.

In Empowering Employee Health and Wellness at the Workplace, Lynn helps participants integrate fitness, ergonomics and healthy living practices into daily work routines. Her sessions cover posture management, energy renewal and the science of habit formation, alongside the course's focus on wellness dimensions, mental and emotional well-being, and the data privacy requirements and employee rights that wellness programmes must respect, an area where her PDPA background is directly relevant. Learners plan, implement and communicate wellness programmes and analyse employee feedback. With her dynamic, practical teaching style, she inspires employees to take ownership of their well-being and motivates organisations to build sustainable health cultures.
