What's This Course About

Artificial intelligence does not transform an organisation by being bolted onto the jobs it already has. Real gains come from assessing work at the task level and redesigning it deliberately — deciding what an AI agent should do alone, what people should do with AI, and what must stay entirely human. This one-day course gives HR leaders, business managers and transformation teams a practical method for doing exactly that.

Drawing on The Conference Board’s Framework for Agentic AI and Work Redesign, you will learn to start from the outcome you want and work backward, decompose pivotal roles into tasks and decisions, and allocate each one across the three modes of work. You will then build the governance, data quality and human-in-the-loop checkpoints that agentic AI requires, measure capability yield rather than headcount, and decide in advance where the productivity gains will go. You will leave with a completed job assessment matrix and a redesigned job profile for a role in your own organisation.

Alan Tan is an ACTA certified trainer. Alan Tan hold Masters in Data Science in Singapore University of Technology and Design. He is Microsoft Power Platform PL-900 certified and Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals Certified DP-900. He has these skills in Microsoft Power Platform development skills such as Powerapps, Power Automate,Power Portal, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI, Sharepoint, Dataverse, etc. For Programming language such as Python and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) development. He is working as a Senior Data Engineer in an MNC.
Wayne Lim is a ACTA trainer. An Agile practitioner and Scrum Master, part of a start-up in the Maritime sector, and involved in family’s’ food and beverage business. Wayne graduated from RMIT University with a bachelor’s in construction management. Having 11 years in project management experience in the construction and marine sectors. Lectured in tertiary institutions in topics like management, marketing, engineering, mathematics, and customer service. His current interest includes R and Python programming languages, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
