Job Assessment and Redesign for AI Adoption shows leaders, HR professionals and managers how to get real value from artificial intelligence by redesigning work rather than simply adding tools to existing jobs. Real gains come from assessing work at the task level and deciding deliberately which tasks AI should automate, which it should augment and which must stay with people. The course is designed for HR and organisation development professionals, department heads, transformation leads and managers responsible for workforce planning.

You will start by assessing jobs for AI adoption, breaking roles down into tasks, evaluating each task for AI suitability based on its nature, risk and value, and identifying where generative AI and AI agents can save time or improve quality. You will use practical frameworks and templates to map current work, skills and pain points, and to estimate the potential impact of AI on each role. You will also consider the data, tools and controls needed for safe adoption.

The second topic covers redesigning work and allocating gains, creating new task allocations and job designs, defining new skills and training needs, and deciding how freed capacity will be reinvested in higher-value work, service improvement or growth. You will also address change management, employee engagement, fairness and communication so people embrace rather than fear the change. Hands-on exercises use roles from your own organisation. By the end, you will be able to lead a structured job assessment and redesign that turns AI adoption into measurable results.

His functional expertise is in sales analytics, financial planning and analysis, engineering and program management. He has worked across discrete manufacturing, professional services and higher education verticals. He also has a working knowledge of equities portfolio management within the financial services domain.Sanjiv is the CEO of Prudentia Consulting, an organization committed to promoting the active usage of the Microsoft Platform. Prior to this, he has worked at Microsoft (US & APAC: 9.2 years), Cognizant Tech Solutions (3.3 years), Yazaki North America (8 years) and until recently at Oracle. Alan Tan is an ACTA certified trainer. Alan Tan hold Masters in Data Science in Singapore University of Technology and Design. He is Microsoft Power Platform PL-900 certified and Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals Certified DP-900. He has these skills in Microsoft Power Platform development skills such as Powerapps, Power Automate,Power Portal, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI, Sharepoint, Dataverse, etc. For Programming language such as Python and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) development. He is working as a Senior Data Engineer in an MNC.

Wayne Lim is a ACTA trainer. An Agile practitioner and Scrum Master, part of a start-up in the Maritime sector, and involved in family’s’ food and beverage business. Wayne graduated from RMIT University with a bachelor’s in construction management. Having 11 years in project management experience in the construction and marine sectors. Lectured in tertiary institutions in topics like management, marketing, engineering, mathematics, and customer service. His current interest includes R and Python programming languages, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
