How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply PSEA
Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.
- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.
Appeal Process
If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal.
- When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
- Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
- If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.
- Lodge your appeal within 7 days, giving your reasons, using the Candidate Appeal Form. The assessor can help you write and lodge it.
- An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.
- You will be told the outcome within 2 weeks of lodging the appeal. The panel's decision is final.

Kesston Tang is an ACTA-certified trainer and ICT professional with more than two decades of experience across the ICT and supply chain sectors, including warehouse management. He has delivered multi-million-dollar ICT projects for multinational corporations and government agencies, and his certifications include Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), PMP, ITIL and TOGAF, as well as CEH, CHFI and EC-Council Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) on the security side. He works as a consultant in business negotiation, financial analysis and corporate advisory, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master in Education. His interest in education and organisational development gives him a natural appreciation of the HR processes that support people from their first day to their last. He brings these perspectives together in a practical, workplace-focused teaching style.
This WSQ course on Microsoft Copilot for HR follows the full employee lifecycle, and Kesston guides learners through each stage. Participants use Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents for recruitment and interviewing, apply Copilot and SharePoint to employee onboarding and HR policy management, and support talent development, leave and employee benefits queries. In the final topic they use Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate HR workflows, including offboarding. Kesston draws on his project management and service management background to help learners design these workflows with clear steps, ownership and approvals, and his security certifications reinforce good practice around confidential employee information. Learners also explore how a well-organised SharePoint knowledge base improves the quality of Copilot's answers to common policy, leave and benefits questions from employees. He keeps the emphasis on practical outcomes HR teams can use straight away, so that learners finish the course able to reduce routine administration and give employees faster, more consistent answers.
Dr. Alfred Ang has spent a great deal of his recent engineering effort building AI tools for human resources, which gives this course an unusually practical edge. He is a full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect and corporate trainer, and serves as Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd. His Microsoft certifications include AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Power App Maker (PL-100), Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) and Data Scientist (DP-100), and he holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, PMP and a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU. His public GitHub portfolio of 300+ repositories includes an HR and accounting platform with role-based access, leave accrual, clock-in attendance and payroll, together with companion native iOS and Android apps for leave, payslips, expenses and in-app approvals; an HR recruitment tool that generates candidate-tailored interview questions, analyses CV-to-job-description fit and prints an interview guide; an AI interview practice simulator in which an AI hiring manager scores candidates against role-specific rubrics; and an n8n self-service HR portal with human-in-the-loop leave approval and a guard-railed HR chatbot. These map closely onto the recruitment, interviewing and HR workflow topics covered in this course. He is also an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, and as Managing Director he leads the organisation whose own HR platform he built, giving him a practical understanding of the day-to-day workload faced by HR teams.
In this WSQ course, Dr. Ang shows HR professionals how to use Microsoft Copilot 365, SharePoint, AI agents and Copilot Studio across the employee lifecycle. Learners begin with recruitment and interviewing: reviewing candidate information stored in SharePoint, matching candidates to job requirements, developing screening criteria, generating role-specific interview questions and building interview rubrics, tasks he has automated in his own tools. They then use Copilot for onboarding and HR policy management, followed by talent development, leave and employee benefits. The final topic uses Copilot Studio to automate HR workflows and handle employee offboarding. He connects each activity to the realities of HR work, explaining where AI saves time and where human judgement must lead, especially in hiring decisions, and he highlights fairness, bias, confidentiality and personal data protection throughout. His teaching style is demonstration-led and hands-on, using realistic HR scenarios so participants build prompts, agents and workflows they can take straight back to their organisations. Learners leave with a toolkit that reduces administrative load and frees time for people-focused work. He also explains how to organise HR documents in SharePoint so that Copilot and agents can find accurate, up-to-date information, and how to control access so that confidential employee records stay protected. Group exercises allow participants to compare approaches across different organisations and to plan how they would roll out these tools in their own HR teams. To see the HR and recruitment tools he has built, view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/

The trainer struggled with the admin at the beginning of the class and spoke quite fast. I found it hard to catch where he is at as he also kept skipping from one screen to the other.
