How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.

- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply PSEA
Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.
- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.
Appeal Process
If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal.
- When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
- Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
- If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.
- Lodge your appeal within 7 days, giving your reasons, using the Candidate Appeal Form. The assessor can help you write and lodge it.
- An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.
- You will be told the outcome within 2 weeks of lodging the appeal. The panel's decision is final.

Dr. Alfred Ang builds autonomous agents and secures the systems they run on, which is the combination this course demands. He is CompTIA Security+ certified, holds a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102). As founder of Tertiary Courses and Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, he is a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect whose work spans system architecture, security, observability and multi-agent design with frameworks such as n8n, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft AutoGen and CrewAI. His hermes-video-pipeline project uses a Hermes Agent, triggered by a webhook, to research, script, render, verify and publish videos autonomously, giving him direct experience of what an agent can do once it has tools and permissions. Security features recur across his GitHub work: tertiarytraining provides browser-based Kali Linux, Ubuntu and WordPress lab environments with role-based access, n8n-hrportal guards its HR chatbot with input and output guardrails, itsupport includes a credential-leak guard and a strict Content Security Policy, and his Claude Code skills collection includes a secret scanner. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from NUS, and has worked in the defence, electronics and semiconductor industries. He is also a certified PMP and ITIL practitioner.
In WSQ - AI Agent Cybersecurity, Dr. Ang shows security and IT professionals how to deploy and manage autonomous AI agents for cybersecurity operations using OpenClaw and Hermes Agent. The first topic develops cybersecurity policies with these agents, configuring them with appropriate tools, skills, memory, context and permissions so that their actions match the organisation's policies. The second topic covers monitoring, compliance and response to emerging threats, with agents analysing system and network logs, identifying suspicious behaviour, supporting phishing detection and vulnerability assessment, and preparing reports that speed up investigation. The third topic builds a cycle of continuous improvement, where agent findings feed back into controls, risk prioritisation and updated playbooks. Throughout, he treats the agents themselves as part of the attack surface: least-privilege permissions, guardrails against malicious instructions, logging of every action and a human decision point before anything consequential happens. His Security+ grounding and AI governance training shape that discipline, and his lab-environment work informs his emphasis on safe, isolated environments for practice. Sessions are hands-on, with learners configuring agents, running them against realistic security scenarios, reviewing their outputs critically and refining their workflows. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he keeps the material practical for security analysts, IT administrators and managers responsible for security operations. This WSQ course suits professionals who want to put agentic AI to work in defence rather than leave it to attackers. To see the agent and security-focused projects he has built, view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
Achim Ludwig Dietzenbach is a cybersecurity and network security professional with international experience in IT infrastructure, cyber defence and systems management. A former Security Operations Centre Analyst at IBM Singapore, he has worked extensively with global cybersecurity platforms such as CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, QRadar and Splunk, and his IT systems engineering background at Siemens and UBS has given him deep expertise in incident response, risk management and network protection. He holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Network Computing from Oxford Brookes University and the CISSP, CEH and CC (Certified in Cybersecurity) certifications, and is an ACLP-certified trainer.
In this WSQ course, Achim focuses on deploying autonomous AI agents for security event monitoring, log analysis and vulnerability assessment, using OpenClaw and Hermes Agent. Learners develop cybersecurity policies with these agents, apply AI agent monitoring, compliance checking and response to emerging threats, and then use autonomous agents to drive continuous cybersecurity improvement. His real-world experience in threat detection and incident management grounds each topic in how security operations actually work. Learners benefit from his structured, hands-on approach to building agentic security workflows and implementing effective guardrails, leaving equipped to protect enterprise environments against evolving threats.
Danny Teo is a cybersecurity and IT infrastructure consultant with experience in systems administration, endpoint protection and enterprise network management. A certified Microsoft trainer, he has delivered professional courses in security operations, cloud administration and IT compliance for organisations across Southeast Asia. He is an ISC2 Authorised Instructor and CISSP who has worked with DBS Bank as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer and served as a Registered Management Consultant specialising in digital transformation and cybersecurity governance. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Nanyang Technological University and credentials including CEH, CCSP, CCSK and ACTA.
In WSQ - AI Agent Cybersecurity, Danny helps learners build competence in secure agent design, cloud security and risk management. Participants develop cybersecurity policies with OpenClaw and Hermes agents, use AI agents for monitoring, compliance and response to emerging threats, and apply autonomous agents to continuous cybersecurity improvement. His sessions combine theory with practical agentic security simulations, preparing learners to detect, analyse and respond to incidents with human-in-the-loop oversight. Learners gain the confidence and technical foundation to use agents for security operations responsibly.
Agus Salim is an IT solutions and cybersecurity professional with more than 10 years of experience in project management, IT solutions management and systems integration, in both waterfall and agile methodologies. He began his career as a web developer before moving into business analysis and project management, and has worked with organisations such as Citi and Check Point Software Technologies, with hands-on experience of Check Point next generation firewalls. An ACLP-certified trainer, he holds PMP, CompTIA Security+, CEH and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Agus's expertise lies in cybersecurity and IT systems rather than in AI agent development, and he brings that security grounding to WSQ - AI Agent Cybersecurity. His experience with firewalls, multi-cloud support and secure system design helps learners understand what autonomous agents should monitor and where their permissions must stop. He guides participants through developing cybersecurity policies with OpenClaw and Hermes agents, agent monitoring, compliance and response to emerging threats, and continuous cybersecurity improvement with autonomous agents. Learners leave able to deploy and manage AI agents for security operations, with sound judgement about oversight and governance.
Praveen Dayal is a senior IT leader and consultant with expertise in cybersecurity, governance and enterprise systems management. He holds multiple global certifications, including CISA, CISM, CRISC, PMP, PMI-ACP and ASM, reflecting broad expertise in risk governance, project delivery and agile practices. His career includes managing multimillion-dollar IT programmes for financial services, manufacturing and government institutions, as well as leading digital transformation programmes and enterprise system implementations across multiple industries.
As an ACLP-certified trainer, Praveen has designed and delivered WSQ programmes in Agile Project Management, Cybersecurity Governance and IT Risk Management. In AI Agent Cybersecurity, he brings this governance and risk perspective to the deployment of autonomous AI agents for security operations with OpenClaw and Hermes Agent. Learners develop cybersecurity policies with AI agents, use agents for monitoring, compliance and response to emerging threats, and apply autonomous agents to continuous security improvement. His training style blends theory with simulations and practical scenarios, so participants can apply their skills immediately. Learners leave able to use AI agents to strengthen security operations while maintaining the compliance, oversight and control that their organisations require.
