Google Workspace Masterclass helps you and your team get far more out of Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar and the other apps in Google Workspace. Many organisations use only a fraction of what Workspace can do; used well, it streamlines collaboration, keeps information organised and secure, and reduces time spent on email and admin. The masterclass is designed for SME owners, administrators, office staff and team leads who want to work smarter with Google's cloud productivity suite.

You will start with an overview of Google Workspace, exploring how the apps work together and how to set up an efficient, collaborative way of working. Next you will work with Google Workspace contents and assets, organising Google Drive and shared drives, setting sharing permissions and policies, and creating and collaborating on documents, spreadsheets and presentations in real time. You will learn practical features such as version history, comments and suggestions, templates, forms and calendar scheduling to keep projects moving.

The final topic covers Google Admin and add-ons, including managing users and groups, applying security and data-sharing settings, and extending Workspace with add-ons, integrations and built-in AI features. Every topic is hands-on with realistic workplace scenarios. By the end of the masterclass, you will be able to organise and manage your organisation's content in Google Workspace, collaborate more effectively, and keep data accessible, well-structured and secure.

Dr Alvin Ang is a ACTA certified trainer. Alvin Ang did his Ph.D., Masters and Bachelors from NTU, Singapore. Previously he was a Principal Consultant (Data Science) as well as an Assistant Professor. He was also 8 years SUSS adjunct lecturer. His focus and interest is in the area of real world data science. Though an operational researcher by study, his passion for practical applications outweigh his academic background. He owns a startup externally

Terence Ee is an experienced IT leader and consultant with more than 25 years of expertise in technology management, information systems, and digital transformation. He has served as Chief Information Officer at the Supreme Court of Singapore and Vice President of Information Systems at Senoko Energy, where he led major IT modernization projects. Since 2017, he has worked as an independent consultant and ACLP-certified trainer, specializing in guiding SMEs and enterprises in adopting future-ready digital platforms. As a WSQ-accredited trainer, Terence delivers programs in digital collaboration, IT governance, and productivity tools. His facilitation emphasizes case studies, simulations, and hands-on practice, enabling learners to apply modern IT systems such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to improve collaboration and business efficiency. With his leadership background and deep IT expertise, Terence prepares learners to thrive in digitally transforming environments.
Kesston Tang is a seasoned consultant and trainer with expertise in business negotiations, financial analysis, and corporate advisory services. Ken has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, having assumed various functional and managerial roles in sales, marketing, business development, finance, business analysis and planning. With an interest and experience in scripting, Ken has worked on projects using HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, MS Office, VBA, Power BI, etc. Notably, Ken is a proven expert Excel user at work who has made efficient many work processes, improved data analysis and enhanced the quality of business planning and reporting for organizations. Ken graduated with a Pharmacy degree, holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide. An ardent advocate of lifelong learning, Ken is ACTA trained and seeks to continually upgrade his IT skills through various channels of learning and Microsoft certifications. With MS Office Master qualification, Ken looks forward to assisting individuals and corporations improve their computer skills, productivity and business outcomes.
Armand Abdul Rahim is an ACLP-certified trainer and learning consultant with strong expertise in customer engagement, interpersonal effectiveness, and professional communication. You need to give your participants an option to go Bukit Timah Beauty World centre rather than informed us the training venue is changed. It is not convenient venue for those who do not drive.

The course starts at 11am as the other trainee was late as it is true, not easy to find the place. In addition, the other trainee was a little slow hence my course ended at 6pm. When I left, the trainee was still in the class. The training time should move to 9am and class would have ended at 430pm. Fonts of the material could be bigger and properly bind in a simple plastic file. Only 2 exercises are given, more practices would be great. Also, it will be better if there are more than 4 participants to start a class for discussion and learning from the questions asked by others too. Map given to the venue should indicate Building 1 etc (Posted on 10/2/2018)

ideally participants should be seated in rows facing the screen instead of a meeting style seating arrangement'
