- Up to 50% course fee funding. Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above receive up to 70% under the Mid-career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES).
Company-sponsored learners
- Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents who are direct employees of the sponsoring company.
- Up to 50% course fee funding, or up to 70% for employees of SMEs (Enhanced Training Support for SMEs) and for Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above. An SME has no more than 200 employees or an annual turnover of no more than $100 million.
- Employers can also claim Absentee Payroll funding for employees who attend during working hours.
- Eligible companies can offset their out-of-pocket fees with SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC).
Conditions for all funded learners
- Attendance is taken digitally with Singpass for every session, including the assessment.
- You must complete the course and pass all assessments (assessed as Competent).
- If these conditions are not met, the funding is clawed back and the learner or employer pays the full course fee.
- 9% GST is charged on the full course fee before funding.
- Promo and discount codes cannot be used on funded courses.
- Any balance after funding can be paid in cash, with PSEA (Singapore Citizens with a PSEA), or partly reimbursed by UTAP for NTUC members.
How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply UTAP (NTUC Members)
NTUC members can claim 50% of the unfunded course fee under the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP), capped at $250 a year (aged below 40) or $500 a year (aged 40 and above). The cap is shared with UTAP claims for AI tool subscriptions.
Eligibility: you must be an NTUC member paying full membership fees, with your membership paid up before and during the course and when you claim. The course must not be fully paid for by your employer or another source.
- Make sure your NTUC membership is paid up before the course starts.
- Register for this course with us and pay the course fee after funding.
- Attend at least 75% of the course and sit all assessments.
- Within 6 months after the course ends, go to the NTUC U Portal, open UTAP under E-services, log in with Singpass and choose Course Fee Claim.
- Enter the nett course fee you paid (after all subsidies and SkillsFuture Credit, including GST), and upload your invoice or receipt and your certificate or result slip (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5MB each).
- NTUC usually pays the claim within 4 weeks of submission.
Read more in our UTAP guide.
How to Apply PSEA
Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.
- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.
Appeal Process
If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal.
- When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
- Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
- If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.
- Lodge your appeal within 7 days, giving your reasons, using the Candidate Appeal Form. The assessor can help you write and lodge it.
- An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.
- You will be told the outcome within 2 weeks of lodging the appeal. The panel's decision is final.

Websites that earn attention and leads are a recurring theme in Dr. Alfred Ang's work. He founded OSWeb2Design Singapore Pte Ltd in 2007 to offer web development, e-commerce, graphics design and digital marketing services, and today, as Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd and a full-stack AI developer, he builds web platforms with AI at their core. His GitHub portfolio of more than 300 public repositories includes many sites built for lead generation: healthcare, a responsive clinic marketing site with a WhatsApp chat widget, lead capture, SEO schema and accessibility by design; itconsultancy, a zero-build site built around an interactive carbon-readiness scorecard lead magnet; marketingagency, a demand generation landing site with a 12-point audit lead magnet; and northstar-ai, a mobile-first AI consultancy lead-magnet website. He also built ai-pei and ai-cms, AI-powered content management systems with SEO and lead capture built in, self-improving chatbots and auto-blog schedulers. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS and is a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) and AWS Certified Solutions Architect. An ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he designs Skills Framework-aligned WSQ and IBF programmes as well as customised corporate training in AI and modern application development. His certifications also include CompTIA Security+ and a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, which inform how he handles forms, user data and privacy on the sites he builds.
In CASL - AI Vibe Coding for Web Design, Dr. Ang teaches learners to build effective, business-focused websites by giving natural-language instructions to AI coding assistants and then testing and refining the results. The first topic covers web content: planning and generating page content, structuring pages, headings and calls-to-action, and refining copy for different audiences. Learners then focus on usability, building navigation and forms that are easy to use, applying accessibility and consistency, and making layouts responsive across devices. The third topic turns to lead generation and online visibility, from discoverability to landing pages and calls-to-action that convert, and the fourth covers user experience: evaluating interactions and content flows, prototyping improvements with AI and managing multimedia. Drawing on his own lead-magnet sites, he shows learners what separates a page that converts from one that merely looks good: a clear offer, a short form, fast loading, honest copy and an easy way to get in touch. He also insists that every AI-generated page is checked on a phone, tested for accessibility and proofread before it goes live. Sessions are hands-on, so learners leave with a working website they built themselves and a repeatable process for improving it. He also shows how to brief the AI with a clear audience, goal and brand style so that its first drafts need less rework. To see the sites and AI tools he has built, learners can view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
Mohamed Afiq is a Singapore-based software engineer and technical trainer specialising in front-end and back-end development, with training experience that also covers web technologies, Python and machine learning. Listed in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2021 for enterprise technology, he served as technical co-founder and senior engineering manager of Janio Asia, where he built large-scale web systems from the ground up. His expertise spans HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js and Firebase, and he has developed real-time web applications. He has conducted HTML, CSS and JavaScript workshops under SGUP programmes and at coding academies, teaching learners to build responsive, interactive websites.
In CASL - AI Vibe Coding for Web Design, Afiq helps participants use AI coding assistants and natural-language instructions to create effective, user-friendly and business-focused websites. Learners plan and generate web page content, structure pages, headings and calls to action, and refine content for different audiences. They then build navigation and forms that are easy to use, apply accessibility, readability and interface consistency, and make layouts responsive across devices. His training emphasises clean coding practices, UI and UX considerations and deployment-ready design. By blending entrepreneurial experience with technical mastery, Afiq equips participants to review and improve AI-generated code and build professional websites that are functional and scalable.
Shahul Hameed Maricar is a certified ACLP trainer and MOE instructor with over a decade of experience in systems integration, product design and technical training, with strong expertise in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Bootstrap. He has conducted numerous WSQ programmes and corporate training in web design and development, and his multidisciplinary background spans IT, embedded systems, 3D design and industrial design, giving him the versatility to engage learners from diverse technical and business domains. He programmes in Python, JavaScript and C++, and his teaching combines technical foundations with design principles so that learners build websites that are both functional and visually engaging.
In CASL - AI Vibe Coding for Web Design, Shahul brings this web design experience to creating effective, business-focused websites through natural-language instructions and AI coding assistants. Learners use AI vibe coding to plan and generate web content, structuring pages, headings and calls-to-action for clarity and refining content for different audiences and business objectives. They then build navigation and forms that are easy to use, applying accessibility, readability and interface consistency and making layouts responsive across devices. His hands-on, practical style means participants generate, modify, test and refine real pages throughout. Learners leave able to direct AI tools confidently while applying sound web usability and design principles.
Fritz Lim is an ACTA-certified trainer and software developer with more than 15 years of teaching experience in IT, audio engineering and computer programming. He has taught extensively across polytechnics, private academies and training organisations, specialising in web development, coding and mobile app development. He is proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frameworks, and has delivered real-world projects including web applications, WordPress integrations and custom plugins.
Fritz's strength lies in web design and development, and he brings that grounding to CASL - AI Vibe Coding for Web Design, where AI coding assistants are used to speed up the work. Because he understands how pages are structured and styled, he helps learners judge and refine what an assistant generates rather than accepting it blindly. He guides participants through planning and generating web content, structuring pages, headings and calls-to-action, and building navigation and forms that are easy to use. Learners also apply accessibility, readability and responsive layouts across devices. Through his project-based approach, participants leave able to create effective, user-friendly and business-focused websites with confidence.
Janice Ong is an ACLP-certified trainer with over 20 years of experience in business development, digital marketing and e-commerce. She worked with global companies such as Creative Technology, where she managed worldwide e-commerce operations, before moving into training in digital marketing, SEO and website development. With expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and CMS platforms, she brings both business acumen and technical knowledge to her teaching, and her HTML5 and CSS3 training emphasises practical web design skills for building professional websites that are functional and optimised for business outcomes.
In AI Vibe Coding for Web Design, she applies this web design and commercial experience to building sites with AI coding assistants. Learners plan and generate web page content, structuring headings and calls-to-action for clarity, then build navigation and forms that are easy to use, apply accessibility and readability principles and make layouts responsive across devices. They go on to improve discoverability, develop landing pages and optimise calls-to-action for lead generation, before refining the overall user experience. Her focus on aligning design decisions with branding, marketing and user engagement goals helps participants judge AI-generated pages by business results, so they leave able to create effective, user-friendly, business-focused websites.
