Design of Experiment (DOE) Masterclass

Course Code: C950

What's This Course About

Master the methodology that turns trial-and-error into science in this hands-on Design of Experiment (DOE) Masterclass. DOE is the statistical engine behind modern process improvement—used across manufacturing, engineering and R&D to identify which factors truly drive an outcome, quantify their interactions, and find optimal settings in the fewest possible runs. The masterclass meticulously unveils the theory, methodology and practical application of DOE, ensuring you are well-versed in the principles, applications and inherent limitations of the statistical techniques involved.

Through expert insights and real-world examples, you will learn to design experiments aimed at refining processes, then move on to the crucial tasks of analyzing and interpreting the results and developing plans that optimize processes to their fullest potential. The masterclass also walks through the full experimentation workflow, complemented by an introduction to statistical software for data analysis, so you leave equipped to validate and champion the DOE methodology in real-world scenarios—and to spearhead process improvements that make your operations not just efficient, but exemplary.
