The course is very helpful and effective, trainer Mr.Deem, he is so knowledgable, the way he teaches and sets the easiest example for us to understand the process step by step is satisfaction. But for me, 2 full days course were a bit too much info, hard to follow as I am totally new to the course. Please choose physical classroom training if you are thinking to take this course. Zoom was inconvenient for me. I have small screen and need to do assignment. Overall is excellent. Recommended. (Posted on 2/1/2023) - will recommend Review by Course Participant/Trainee
