Dr. Alfred Ang has been on both sides of digital marketing: he founded OSWeb2Design Singapore Pte Ltd in 2007, offering web development, e-commerce, graphics design and digital marketing services, and today he builds the AI systems that automate that work. He is the founder of Tertiary Courses and serves as Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, working as a full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect, courseware developer and corporate trainer. The Claude Agent SDK is one of the agent frameworks he builds with, and several of his public GitHub projects put Claude at the centre of marketing operations. ai-cms is a self-hosted, AI-powered CMS for Singapore training providers, built on Next.js and the Claude Agent SDK, with AI content generation, a weekly auto-blog scheduler, a self-improving lead-generation chatbot and built-in SEO and lead capture. ai-pei applies the same approach to the Tertiary Infotech Academy site, with SEO and lead generation in every page. He has also published a collection of Claude Code skills, including ones for LinkedIn posts and NotebookLM slides, and socialmediapost, a full-stack publishing platform that posts video, photos and text to 22 platforms with scheduling, queues and analytics. For the analysis side he is a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) and Data Scientist (DP-100), and he holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS and a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU.
In Claude AI for Digital Marketing, Dr. Ang treats Claude Cowork as a working environment for marketers rather than a chat window. The first topic connects Claude Cowork to the systems a marketing team already relies on through Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, so it can read documents, data sources and marketing platforms within one workflow. Here he draws on his own experience wiring Claude into content management, lead capture and social publishing systems, and he explains which connections are worth making and which create risk. The second topic turns proven marketing processes into reusable Claude Skills: learners capture a real task such as campaign planning, audience research or content repurposing as a skill with clear instructions, examples and brand rules, so that the same quality can be produced again by anyone on the team. Having published his own library of skills, he shows how to keep them small, testable and easy to maintain. The final topic covers analysing marketing performance, where learners bring campaign data into Claude, generate data-driven insights and check those insights against the numbers before acting on them. Every session is hands-on, built around marketing scenarios that learners can adapt to their own organisation, and he is careful to cover data privacy and human review of anything published. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he keeps the pace practical for marketers who do not code. To see the marketing automation he has built, view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
Peter Goh is the Technology Evangelist at Disruptive Digital, a full-service digital agency based in Singapore that delivers web and native mobile application development. An ACTA-certified trainer, he specialises in bleeding-edge software development and has built customised applications for desktop, web and mobile platforms. His domain knowledge spans .Net and Java programming as well as iOS development, and he has helped many clients create e-commerce websites on Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure. While his background is rooted in software engineering rather than marketing analytics, his agency work gives him a practical view of how online businesses connect their websites, platforms and data.
In Claude AI for Digital Marketing, Peter brings this systems-integration perspective to Claude Cowork, helping learners understand how Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools link Claude to the business applications, marketing platforms, documents and data sources they already use. He guides participants through turning repeatable marketing tasks into reusable Claude Skills for content production and campaign workflows, and through analysing marketing performance to draw data-driven insights. Drawing on his developer background, he helps learners think clearly about how tools and data connect, so they leave able to set up a dependable AI-assisted workspace for everyday digital marketing work.
Angel Koh is an information systems specialist with over 15 years of experience in the maritime and defence industry, building systems for full-scale development programmes. His specialisation is data fusion and mapping, and he has worked with a myriad of programming and computing languages and tools, from C# and Java to Octave and ArcGIS. He is always passionate about adopting new technologies and skills to add to his repertoire of computer knowledge, and in his free time he tinkers with his RigidBot 3D printer using Adobe 123D Design and OpenSCAD. His background lies in data and systems rather than marketing.
In Claude AI for Digital Marketing, Angel draws on his experience bringing data from multiple sources together to help marketers use Claude Cowork as an intelligent workspace. Learners connect Claude Cowork with digital marketing systems through Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, create reusable Claude Skills for marketing content and workflows, and analyse marketing performance to generate data-driven insights. His data fusion background is particularly relevant to the final topic, where learners combine figures from different platforms and check that the insights hold up. Participants leave able to set up repeatable AI-assisted marketing workflows and to read performance data more critically.
