In this hands-on 1-day course, you will learn how to design that agent workforce and put it to work in your own business.

Through guided exercises, you will map your business into agent-sized jobs, build a working agent org chart, and wire up agents that find and qualify leads, draft proposals and content, move client work forward, and keep invoicing and reporting on track. You will also set the guardrails that matter when nobody else is checking — approval gates, quality reviews and safe handoffs between agents.

Trainers

Shahul H. Maricar is a ACTA certified trainer. Shahul H. Maricar has been a content developer and webmaster, building educational websites and applications with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. He then served as an IT analyst, writing programs for automating custom workflows as well as data extraction and analysis in the healthcare field.
He is currently a freelance educator and is actively involved with development projects in game programming, computer-aided design and computer graphics.

Fritz is ACTA-certified, as well as a registered MOE instructor, and a graduate of the 2018 ConsenSys Blockchain Developer Program, with a Bachelor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Computer Specialisation) from Nanyang Technological University.
With more than 10 years of experience teaching at a local polytechnic, Fritz is passionate about imparting knowledge to teens, adults, and children. He believes that an education in technology and in how things work is essential for everyone, so that they can harness and invent the technologies of the future. He is excited about exploring anything related to computers and IT, with a keen interest in electronics and native cross-platform mobile app development so that our ubiquitous mobile phones can be conveniently used to control and interact with devices wirelessly and over the Internet.

I think it will be best if the instructor can zoom in on the codes on the LCD display because it is too small to see from the back. It will be great if we could have some printed handouts to explain the purpose of the types of HTML tags and be given the solution codes to all the exercises given too

I think the instructor is very knowledgeable but there is still room for improvements in expressing himself. I think the teaching pace is quite ok, not boring and things just get going and going you can just forget the time and best of all I get to learn the things that I came for. I hope I can see improvements taking effect when I come for the Bootstrap and After Effects course! (Posted on 3/17/2017)
