AI for Logistics shows logistics and supply chain professionals how artificial intelligence, including agentic AI that can plan, decide and act on your behalf, can make operations faster, more accurate and more resilient. From demand planning and route optimisation to shipment tracking and exception handling, AI helps teams cut costs, improve visibility and respond quickly when things go wrong. The course is designed for logistics coordinators, warehouse and transport managers, supply chain planners and operations staff.

You will start with AI for logistics efficiency, exploring how AI tools and AI agents can forecast demand, optimise inventory, plan routes and loads, and automate routine tasks such as documentation, scheduling and customer updates. You will learn how to write effective prompts and design simple agent workflows for common logistics processes. The second topic focuses on AI for tracking and monitoring, using AI to consolidate shipment data, monitor delivery performance, detect delays and anomalies, and trigger alerts and follow-up actions.

Throughout the course you will work with realistic logistics scenarios and data, and learn how to evaluate AI recommendations, keep humans in control of key decisions, and manage data quality and security. You will also discuss how to start small and build a business case for AI in your own operation. By the end, you will be able to identify high-value AI opportunities in logistics and apply AI tools and agents to improve efficiency, visibility and service levels.

Trainers

Belinda graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) in 2017 with a diploma in Furniture & Spatial Design. With 3 years of training in software skills , mainly Photoshop , Illustrator , Rhinoceros , Inventor ,T spline, Autocad and Vray. Belinda works with softer and rounder forms that are more challenging to create . Also more towards graphic design in Photoshop and Illustrator for most occasions.

Tan Jun Yuan is a practicing designer with over 6 years’ experience. His focus is on product visualization - translating sketch concepts to actual 3D models for prototyping and presentation. He uses a combination of tools such as Rhino, vray, photoshop and illustrator to present these ideas in a photo realistic manner. He is always happy to share his tips and best practices on how to use these software

With the condensed schedule I would suggest the training manuals/pamplets can be send in advance.
