How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.

- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.

Patrick Oh is a Singapore Certified Management Consultant who spends much of his working life helping teams and organisations work together towards clear goals. Listed by TUV SUD as a certified consultant and working with SG Venture Consulting, he is a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) consultant who implements and audits various ISO management systems, including quality and environmental management systems, ISO 14064 greenhouse gas accounting and internal audit. His practice also covers performance management and solutions design consulting, corporate compliance and Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) consultancy, which he has provided for more than 13 years, and he is CIPM (IAPP) certified. He is involved in community development and sustainability practice. Before becoming a management consultant, Patrick worked for years as an automation design engineer. He has written on management topics, including an article arguing that Agile is largely a rebranding of long-established project-management best practice he had applied as an engineer and consultant.
In this course, Patrick helps learners understand the Scrum framework and the people skills that make it work. He covers Agile and Scrum foundations, then the roles of the Scrum Master as servant leader, the Product Owner and the Development Team, drawing on his client-facing consulting and community development work to show how trust, shared norms and clear responsibilities shape team performance. Through the Scrum events, from sprint planning and the daily scrum to backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective, he emphasises purposeful meetings and genuine feedback, and his performance management background brings practical insight to tracking and reporting progress with burn-down and burn-up charts. In the topics on the product backlog, backlog ordering, product increments and the definition of done, he relates Scrum artifacts to the clarity and evidence that good management systems require. Learners leave able to support a high-performing Scrum team with confidence and a realistic view of how Scrum works in practice. He also shares practical advice on handling common challenges, such as unclear priorities, overloaded sprints and meetings that drift from their purpose.
Dr. Siva (Prof. Dr. S. Sivanesan) is a governance, risk and compliance specialist based in Singapore with more than 30 years of experience. He provides governance and board advisory, enterprise risk management (ERM), internal controls and audit, and sustainability and ESG governance and reporting, and has led investigations into irregularities and financial fraud. His work in business process reengineering, streamlined policies and procedures, and crisis management frameworks and plans has given him extensive experience of how teams and organisations change the way they work. He also curates ERM frameworks and training roadmaps. He has worked with boards, regulators, financial institutions, the public sector and charities across Asia, and speaks on AI and governance, risk culture and the future of internal audit. He holds a Doctorate in Governance, Risks and Sustainability from EIMT, a Masters in Business Systems and a Bachelor of Economics (Accountancy) from Monash University, and a Specialist Diploma in Sustainability Reporting from Temasek Polytechnic. His professional credentials include CIA, CISA and CRISC, and he is ACLP-certified in Singapore and an HRDC-accredited trainer in Malaysia.
High-performing Scrum teams rely on clear roles, shared norms and transparency, themes that run through Dr. Siva's governance and risk culture work. In this WSQ course on Scrum Master fundamentals, he helps learners understand the Scrum Master as a servant leader, the responsibilities of the product owner and development team, and why establishing norms and team spaces matters. His perspective on risk culture adds depth to the Scrum events, showing how sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives surface issues early and encourage honest, accountable conversations. In the topics on tracking and reporting progress with burn-down and burn-up charts, he draws on his audit background to stress reliable information and a clear definition of done. His experience of working with senior stakeholders also helps learners communicate progress and impediments to management. Learners leave equipped to support a Scrum team effectively and to build the trust and transparency that high performance depends on.
