How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply PSEA
Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.
- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.

Dr. Alfred Ang builds the generative AI pipelines that turn ideas into scripts, voices and video. His GitHub portfolio includes videocreation, which turns any topic into a narrated video with AI-generated scripts, voiceover and animated scenes in TikTok and YouTube formats; hermes-video-pipeline, an automated YouTube production pipeline for Tertiary Courses in which an agent researches, scripts, renders, verifies and publishes videos; lipsyncdemo, which turns a portrait and a script into a talking avatar using three lip-sync engines; digitalhuman, a voice-enabled AI digital-human service; and ai4kids and ai4kidsapp, a learning portal and app featuring gamified AI storytelling and a branching story builder. He is a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect specialising in conversational, voice and video agent deployment, and Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, where he translates complex technologies into practical, engaging learning experiences. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS and a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, and is a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), AWS Certified AI Practitioner and Unity Certified User. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he designs WSQ programmes aligned to the Skills Framework. He also holds an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from NUS, and his career spans the defence, electronics and semiconductor industries as well as entrepreneurship and adult education.
In WSQ - Generative AI for Script Development and Storytelling, Dr. Ang guides learners from first concept to finished narrative. The first topic covers script development and creative storytelling with generative AI: applying storytelling principles to develop themes, plots, narrative structure, characters, dialogue, settings and fictional worlds, and using AI to explore creative directions and overcome creative blocks. Learners then move into AI-assisted storyboarding, visual design and video creation, turning scripts into storyboards and short videos. The final topic covers script refinement, responsible AI and copyright risk management, an area where his AI ethics and governance training matters: he helps learners understand ownership, licensing and the risks of generating content that imitates real people, brands or protected works. Because he has built automated scripting and video pipelines himself, he can show learners both how much AI can accelerate production and why the creative voice, editing judgement and final approval must remain human. His sessions are hands-on and workshop-style, so learners in media, advertising, education, entertainment and digital content leave with their own script, storyboard and short video, plus a workflow they can reuse. As a WSQ course, it also prepares learners for assessment. He also shows learners how to write prompts that capture tone, audience and pacing, and how to keep characters and story details consistent across scenes. To see his AI video and storytelling projects, learners can view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
Kishori Chaudhari is a trainer and practitioner specialising in prompt engineering, digital storytelling and AI-driven content creation. She has been assessed as competent in applying ChatGPT to conceptualise content ideas, map digital storyboards, craft social media ads and create video scripts, and uses frameworks such as CREATE to guide learners in producing impactful narratives. She holds a Master of Arts in TESOL, a bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Manchester, the WSQ ACLP and the WSQ DDDLP, along with certifications in speech, drama and communication from LAMDA and the London College of Music.
In Generative AI for Script Development and Storytelling, Kishori brings this blend of communication expertise and hands-on AI practice to the creative process. Learners use generative AI for script development and creative storytelling, applying storytelling principles to develop themes, plots and characters. They then move into AI-assisted storyboarding, visual design and video creation, before refining their scripts and addressing responsible AI use and copyright risk management. Her learner-centric approach emphasises hands-on practice, guiding participants through persona-based storytelling and campaign ideation, so they gain both technical skill with AI tools and the creative confidence to craft compelling stories for media, advertising, education and digital platforms.
