What's This Course About

This course equips professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to drive business innovation using agentic AI and AI agents. Participants will explore how autonomous and collaborative agents can analyse information, use digital tools, coordinate multi-step tasks, and support employees in developing new products, services, processes, and customer experiences.

Learners will examine current and emerging AI agent technologies and evaluate their strengths, limitations, risks, and suitability for different organisational needs. Through case studies and real-world business scenarios, they will identify innovation opportunities, analyse customer and operational challenges, and conceptualise viable AI-enabled business solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

The course covers the design of digital architectures and multi-agent workflows that integrate AI agents with existing data sources, applications, and business processes. Participants will learn to assign specialised roles to agents, coordinate human-agent collaboration, and develop implementation plans covering resources, responsibilities, timelines, performance indicators, and expected business outcomes.

Learners will also evaluate the commercial, operational, legal, ethical, privacy, and security implications of adopting AI agents. Emphasis is placed on human oversight, governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and the responsible scaling of successful initiatives.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to develop and present an actionable business innovation plan using agentic AI and AI agents to improve productivity, create new value, strengthen competitiveness, and support sustainable organisational growth.

How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.

Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026

  • Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
  • SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
  1. Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
  2. Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
  3. Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
  4. No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.

Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.

Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026

Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

More use cases tailored to different industries could be provided as trainer only has experience in his start up. Also evaluation of the commercial, operational, ethical, privacy and security implications of adopting Ai agents could be better articulated and various scenarios can be put forth eg like in a corporate scenario under various functions or start up, with more extensive examples provided. Evaluation of the various Ais had to be prompted. (Posted on 10/11/2026)
