How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply PSEA

Dr. Alfred Ang has spent his career turning new technology into new businesses, and he now applies that entrepreneurial instinct to agentic AI. He founded OSWeb2Design Singapore Pte Ltd in 2007, established Eco City Hydroponics as Singapore's first online gardening store, founded Tertiary Infotech Pte Ltd in 2012 and transformed it into the training platform Tertiary Courses in 2014, and went on to found Tertiary Robotics in 2015 and Tertiary Courses Malaysia. Today he serves as Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, and as a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect he leads agentic AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives that help organisations move from experimentation to operational AI. His public GitHub work includes innovation projects with a business model at their core: workplacelearning, a workplace learning site for AI transformation and job redesign with n8n automation; AICoaching, a business pitch and coaching simulator for redesigning jobs around accountable AI-agent ownership; ai-mms, a franchise course-registration platform that serves each partner site from a single codebase; and kacificerpr, an ERP prototype that uses agents with human-in-the-loop approvals. He holds a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, an Advanced Certificate in Integrating Sustainability for a Future Ready Business from SMU, and PMP, CSM and ITIL certifications. Academically he holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from NUS, and he has co-invented more than 20 US patents.
In this WSQ Business Innovation with Agentic AI and AI Agents course, Dr. Ang helps professionals see agents as a source of new products, services and ways of working, not just a faster way to do existing tasks. The first topic, identifying business innovation opportunities with agentic AI and AI agents, examines current and emerging agent technologies and their strengths, limitations and risks, then applies them to customer and operational challenges through case studies and real business scenarios. Learners practise spotting where autonomous or collaborative agents could analyse information, use digital tools and coordinate multi-step work alongside employees. The second topic, designing digital architectures and AI agent implementation plans, turns a promising idea into a concept with the systems, data, integrations and human roles it needs, and a phased plan for piloting it. Here his experience as both founder and solution architect is valuable, because he can show how a business case, a technical design and a rollout plan fit together. The final topic, managing AI-driven innovation, governance and stakeholder collaboration, covers risk assessment, accountability, change management and how to bring leaders, staff and partners along, informed by his AI ethics and governance training and his work on job redesign around AI agents. Sessions are interactive and case-based, and learners finish with an innovation proposal and implementation plan for their own organisation. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he aligns the activities with the WSQ assessment. More use cases tailored to different industries could be provided as trainer only has experience in his start up. Also evaluation of the commercial, operational, ethical, privacy and security implications of adopting Ai agents could be better articulated and various scenarios can be put forth eg like in a corporate scenario under various functions or start up, with more extensive examples provided. Evaluation of the various Ais had to be prompted. (Posted on 10/11/2026)1. Do you find the course meet your expectation? 2. Do you find the trainer knowledgeable in this subject? 3.
