- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply PSEA

- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.
Appeal Process
If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal.
- When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
- Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
- If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.
- Lodge your appeal within 7 days, giving your reasons, using the Candidate Appeal Form. The assessor can help you write and lodge it.
- An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.
- You will be told the outcome within 2 weeks of lodging the appeal. The panel's decision is final.

Dr. Alfred Ang designs and deploys AI agents for real business processes, and leads agentic AI adoption that helps organisations move from experimentation to operational AI. He is a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect, the founder of Tertiary Courses, and Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, where he leads multidisciplinary teams in both software delivery and workforce upskilling. His agent work spans n8n, Langflow, Flowise, the OpenAI Agents SDK, the Google Gemini Agent SDK, the Claude Agent SDK, Microsoft AutoGen and CrewAI, and focuses on automating customer service, internal workflows, analytics and decision support using LLMs, RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems. His public GitHub portfolio offers concrete business examples. n8n-hrportal is a self-service HR portal with leave applications, human-in-the-loop manager approval, a live leave dashboard and an HR chatbot protected by input and output guardrails. n8n-inventorycontrol is an inventory audit and forecasting agent that reads stock levels, flags items below reorder thresholds, computes replenishment and reports through Google Sheets and Gmail. kacificerpr is an ERP prototype with human-in-the-loop approvals, matched invoices, agents and scheduled tasks, and AI-LMS-TMS is a training management system with SSG integration and AI agent automation. He is a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and Data Scientist (DP-100), an AWS Certified AI Practitioner and Solutions Architect, and holds a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS.
In this WSQ AI Agents for Business course, Dr. Ang gives learners a practical understanding of how agents combine large language models with reasoning, planning, memory and tools, and how to put them to work safely. The first topic covers the foundations of AI agents for business, including how agents differ from chatbots, prompt engineering, context engineering and how to identify processes worth automating. In the second topic learners build and integrate business AI agents that retrieve information, work with documents and connect to enterprise applications, with examples drawn from HR, inventory and procurement systems he has built himself. The third topic, intelligent business automation with AI agents, chains agents into multi-step workflows with triggers, decisions and human approval points, so that routine work flows through automatically while exceptions reach the right person. The final topic, deploying, governing and optimising AI agents, reflects his architect's view of production systems: access control, guardrails, logging, cost and performance monitoring, and the governance questions his AI ethics certification trains him to ask, such as accountability for an agent's decisions. His teaching is hands-on, and learners leave having built working agents for business scenarios they recognise, along with a clear picture of how to evaluate whether an agent is ready for real use. He keeps the technical level accessible for business professionals while giving more technical learners room to go further. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he aligns the activities with the WSQ assessment. To see the business agents he has built, view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
Yeo Hwee Theng is a data science leader and AI strategist with extensive experience leading enterprise AI adoption across healthcare, finance and government. As Data & Analytics Product Lead at Amplify Health, she leads large-scale data transformation and machine learning projects, and she has designed and implemented large-scale machine learning and analytics systems.
