Trainers

Trainers

Mr Tan Woei Ming is an ACLP-certified trainer and software developer who works where data science meets agentic automation. At Tertiary Infotech his role as Instructor, Software Developer and Agentic Automation specialist centres on helping organisations turn manual, multi-step processes into intelligent workflows, and he is the trainer for Tertiary Courses' Agentic AI with n8n courses. Before teaching, he was a Data Scientist and later Data Science Lead at Micron Technology, where he led AI initiatives in predictive analytics, automation and process optimisation across the semiconductor and manufacturing industries. That background gives him a practical sense of what makes automation succeed in a real business: reliable data, clear decision points and processes that people can trust. He holds First-Class Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a Master of Intelligent Systems from NUS, which ground his teaching in engineering rigour and in how intelligent agents reason and act.

In this WSQ course, Mr Tan takes learners from the fundamentals of agentic AI to working n8n automations they can adapt to their own departments. Learners explore how n8n AI agents reason, call tools and carry out multi-step tasks, then use webhooks to trigger real-time automations and exchange data between business systems. Drawing on his process-optimisation experience, he places particular weight on human-in-the-loop design, showing learners where an employee should review, approve or intervene in a decision so that automated processes stay accurate, controlled and aligned with business goals. The course culminates in building an agentic RAG chatbot that answers questions from an organisation's own documents. His sessions are hands-on and paced for working professionals, with room to discuss how each pattern maps onto learners' current workflows, so participants leave with a functioning automation and a clear method for spotting the next process worth automating.

Business processes such as approvals, enquiries, leave requests and purchasing are where Dr. Alfred Ang has applied agentic AI in his own projects, and they are the focus of WSQ Agentic AI for Business Process Automation. He is a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect who leads agentic AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives, helping organisations automate customer service, internal workflows, analytics and decision support with LLMs, RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems. As Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, he leads multidisciplinary teams in both software delivery and workforce upskilling. His public GitHub portfolio shows process automation in several domains: an ERP prototype in which purchase orders pass through human-in-the-loop approvals by email, Asana and Telegram, with three-way-matched invoices, scheduled tasks and signed webhooks; an n8n self-service HR portal for leave applications with manager approval, a live leave dashboard and a guarded OpenAI HR chatbot; a static investment adviser lead-magnet site with an n8n enquiry and FAQ chatbot workflow; and a training centre landing page whose customer-service RAG chatbot is fed by n8n workflows that ingest course brochures into Supabase. He works with n8n, Langflow, Flowise, the OpenAI Agents SDK, the Claude Agent SDK, Microsoft AutoGen and CrewAI. His credentials include Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Power App Maker (PL-100), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP and ITIL, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS.

In this course he helps learners turn manual, repetitive processes into reliable agent-assisted workflows. The first topic covers the fundamentals of agentic AI, explaining how AI agents reason, use tools and carry out multi-step tasks, and introduces n8n AI agents through simple builds that participants can follow without a programming background. He then moves to webhook automation and human-in-the-loop workflows, showing how a form submission, email or system event can trigger an agent, and how approval steps, notifications and escalation paths keep people in control of decisions that carry cost or risk, a pattern he relies on in his own ERP and HR builds. The final topic is building an agentic RAG chatbot that answers staff or customer questions from an organisation's own documents and can hand over to a person or trigger a follow-up action when needed. Throughout, his ITIL and project management background shapes practical advice on mapping a process before automating it, choosing a sensible first use case, measuring time saved and documenting workflows so others can maintain them. He also covers credential handling and logging so automations remain auditable. Participants also learn how to test a workflow with sample data before switching it on for real requests. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he teaches through guided, step-by-step builds, so participants leave with working automations and a clear plan for extending them across their own business processes. You can review the code behind many of these examples on his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and follow his latest work on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/

Sivanesan Sivakaruniam is an IT governance and cybersecurity professional whose experience spans technology risk management, systems auditing and business process control. Having led digital transformation and compliance initiatives across manufacturing and service industries, he specialises in helping organisations build strong cybersecurity frameworks, with expertise in data protection, user access management and cyber risk mitigation aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST standards. As a certified corporate trainer, he is known for delivering clear, practical and relatable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.

In WSQ - Agentic AI for Business Process Automation, Sivanesan brings his background in business process control and digital transformation to automating workflows with agentic AI and n8n. Learners start with the fundamentals of agentic AI and n8n AI agents, understanding how agents reason, use tools and carry out multi-step tasks. They then build webhook automations and human-in-the-loop workflows, and finish by building an agentic RAG chatbot. His governance perspective adds an important discipline to automation: deciding where human approval is needed, how data is handled and how access is controlled. Participants leave able to connect business applications into intelligent, well-controlled automated workflows.

Agus Salim is an ACLP-certified trainer and ICT consultant with a strong background in systems integration, cloud computing and IT project management. He has over a decade of experience in systems integration, software development and IT security across enterprise and consulting environments, delivering enterprise-scale IT and cloud solutions across multiple industries. He has worked with organisations such as Citi and Check Point Software Technologies, and his certifications include PMP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solutions Architect Associate.

Agus's expertise lies in systems integration and cloud solutions rather than in AI research, and that integration background is directly relevant to WSQ - Agentic AI for Business Process Automation, where much of the work is connecting applications, data sources and processes. He guides learners through the fundamentals of agentic AI and n8n AI agents, webhook automation and human-in-the-loop workflows, and building an agentic RAG chatbot. His security and governance perspective helps participants think carefully about the access and controls an automated workflow needs. Learners leave able to build intelligent workflows that automate real business processes reliably.

Achim Ludwig Dietzenbach is an information security and infrastructure management expert and a CISSP-certified IT security professional, with global experience in IT operations, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture. He has held senior leadership roles in multinational corporations, overseeing system hardening, risk assessment and business continuity planning, and his knowledge spans cloud security, identity management and digital forensics. An ACLP-certified trainer, he is a trusted advisor to businesses aiming to secure their digital environments. His expertise lies in enterprise IT and security rather than AI development, and he brings that operational lens to automating business processes.

In this WSQ course, Achim guides participants through automating business processes with agentic AI and n8n. Learners explore the fundamentals of agentic AI and n8n AI agents, including how agents reason, use tools and carry out multi-step tasks, then build webhook automation and human-in-the-loop workflows, and finally create an agentic RAG chatbot. His background in enterprise architecture, identity management and risk assessment helps learners consider how automated workflows connect to business systems and where human oversight and access controls belong. Participants leave able to design practical, well-controlled agentic automations that improve efficiency without compromising the security of business data.
