This course equips media professionals, content creators, marketers, and digital storytellers with the skills to create professional-quality videos using Agentic AI and vibe coding methodologies. Participants will learn how to design, build, and manage end-to-end AI-powered video creation workflows, from content ideation to final video publishing.

The course covers the complete creative video production lifecycle, including idea generation, script writing, storyboard development, voiceover creation, image and video asset generation, video editing, post-production, quality assurance, and content distribution. Learners will explore how multiple AI agents can collaborate to automate and optimize different stages of the creative process while maintaining consistency, quality, and alignment with creative objectives.

A key focus of the course is the use of vibe coding techniques to rapidly develop and customize agentic workflows without extensive programming expertise. Participants will learn how to orchestrate AI agents, automate repetitive production tasks, improve creative efficiency, and scale content creation operations.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to design and manage AI-powered video production pipelines, evaluate and enhance creative outputs, integrate emerging AI technologies into their workflows, and efficiently produce high-quality video content using Agentic AI and vibe coding approaches.

Appeal Process

The candidate has the right to disagree with the assessment decision made by the assessor.
When giving feedback to the candidate, the assessor must check with the candidate if he agrees with the assessment outcome.
If the candidate agrees with the assessment outcome, the assessor & the candidate must sign the Assessment Summary Record.
If the candidate disagrees with the assessment outcome, he/she should not sign in the Assessment Summary Record.
If the candidate intends to appeal the decision, he/she should first discuss the matter with the assessor/assessment manager.
If the candidate is still not satisfied with the decision, the candidate must notify the assessor of the decision to appeal. The assessor will reflect the candidate’s intention in the Feedback Section of the Assessment Summary Record.
The assessor will notify the assessor manager about the candidate’s intention to lodge an appeal.
The candidate must lodge the appeal within 7 days, giving reasons for appeal
The assessor can help the candidate with writing and lodging the appeal.
he assessment manager will collect information from the candidate & assessor and give a final decision.
A record of the appeal and any subsequent actions and findings will be made.
An Assessment Appeal Panel will be formed to review and give a decision.
The outcome of the appeal will be made known to the candidate within 2 weeks from the date the appeal was lodged.
The decision of the Assessment Appeal Panel is final and no further appeal will be entertained.

The coding component was helpful, and I appreciate the skills shared during the session. However, the title “Agentic for Video Creation” led me to expect a more hands-on opportunity to create videos using AI. A clearer title that is more closely reflects the session content would help participants understand what to expect. (Posted on 9/25/2026)

The course title and description were somewhat misleading compared to the actual content and learning experience. At the start of Day 1, the trainer did not clearly explain the module objectives or provide an overview of what we would be learning. Instead, we were given a number of files (Labs2) to work on and research independently, despite having shared that we had little to no prior knowledge of the subject.

The trainer also did not clearly demonstrate the steps or processes involved. For example, instead of walking us through the video upload process on screen, we were instructed to complete the tasks ourselves and use ChatGPT if we needed assistance.

During the assessment, we found it challenging to answer many of the questions, particularly as several of the terms were unfamiliar to us, such as Remotion, Manim, Higgsfield, FFmpeg and Kanban. These terms and concepts were not adequately introduced or taught during the course.

t the end of the two-day course, we were still unclear about the overall objectives and what we were expected to have learned. We left the course feeling that we had not gained a clear understanding of the subject or acquired the expected knowledge and skills. It felt as though we had attended a two-day class but walked away empty-handed, without a clear understanding of what had been taught or how we could apply the knowledge.

For future lessons, it would be helpful for the trainer to clearly explain the learning objectives at the beginning of the course and provide relevant examples or demonstrations before moving into the practical exercises. A step-by-step demonstration of the processes would also help participants understand what is expected before attempting the tasks independently.

It is sad that we do not get to enjoy the magic of AI by forming fun videos in class out of work environment. (Posted on 9/25/2026)

Very disappointing course — did not meet the advertised learning outcomes

I attended Tertiary Infotech’s WSQ Agentic AI for Video Creation course and unfortunately found that the actual training did not meet the learning objectives and expectations stated in the course description.

A significant portion of the course time was not spent teaching or explaining the stated course content. In my experience, approximately 90% of the time was not focused on properly covering the advertised content or addressing questions relating to the learning objectives.

When students had questions or difficulties understanding the content, the questions were often not properly addressed. In my case, when I asked questions relating to the course content, the instructor did not directly answer the question and instead diverted the discussion to other topics. I found this unhelpful as I was asking the questions specifically to understand the stated course material.

The assessment was also completely not aligned with the course content that was taught. There appeared to be a significant mismatch between what was covered during the training and what students were subsequently expected to demonstrate during the assessment. This made it difficult to see how the assessment directly reflected the learning objectives that had been taught.

During the assessment period, I also observed the instructor watching videos instead of actively assisting students with the assessment or addressing their questions. This added to my concern about the level of instructional support provided during the course.

I also found the instructor’s communication with students very inappropriate. When I asked questions about the course content, I felt that I was being blamed rather than having my questions properly addressed. At one point, the instructor, Mak Wai Keong, told me that I behaved like an “ITE student.” I found this remark unnecessary and disrespectful in a professional learning environment. Total unacceptable

This was not only my personal impression. The students who attended the course also felt that the course did not meet the stated learning objectives and outcomes.

I also noticed that Mak Wai Keong was the instructor who conducted our course, but his name was not listed among the instructors on Tertiary Infotech’s course webpage when I checked it. I believe the training provider should clarify why the instructor conducting the course differed from the instructor information presented on the website.

Overall, I believe the actual course delivery, instructor conduct, assessment and assessment alignment should be reviewed against the advertised learning outcomes and course content. And to be reviewed by Skills Future for auditing (Posted on 9/25/2026)
