Domain 1 People (33%)
- Develop a common/shared vision with key stakeholders and keep it current
- Manage conflicts (identify sources, analyze context, implement resolution strategy)
- Lead the project team (empower team, establish roles/responsibilities, determine leadership style)
- Engage stakeholders and align expectations across internal/external customers

Domain 2 Process (41%)
- Develop an integrated project management plan and recommend a development approach (predictive/adaptive/hybrid)

- Plan and manage schedule (create, baseline, execute, analyze variance)

Domain 3 Business Environment (26%)

- Manage and control changes via the change control process
- Remove impediments and manage issues; distinguish risks from issues
- Plan and manage risk (identify, analyze, monitor/control, maintain risk register)

External Certification
The participant will be able to attempt the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam after attending this course. Upon passing the exam, you will receive the Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation. This certification validates their project management skills, knowledge, and experience. PMP certification enhances career prospects by demonstrating proficiency in project management processes and tools, globally recognized and respected within the industry.
Project Management Professional Exam Fee
The course fees do not cover the cost of the PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) exam voucher. Those interested in taking the exam need to purchase their own voucher, which is available for purchase via the links below.
- PMP® Exam Voucher: PMI member $663.70 (inclusive of 9% GST), Non-PMI member $931.95 (inclusive of 9% GST)
- Exam duration: 3 Hour 50 Mins
- Exam format: About 180 Multiple Choice questions.

Stefan Tan is a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from RMIT University. Stephen also has an MBA from Macquarie University as well as a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance (ACCA, UK). He is awarded Life Time Certification in Supply Management from ISM, USA and the IE study award with Singapore Management University for Global Supply Chain Management. He trains (ACTA certified), he had worked previously with HP, CMB as Regional Procurement and handles End to End Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics with top European Flavor and Fragrance companies: Dragoco, Symrise. He also does IT projects, ERP implementations with various systems ranging from RenCS, SAP, IFS and as well as smaller SAGE-ACCPAC supply module systems which automates as well as optimize resources.
Dr. Alfred Ang is the founder of Tertiary Courses. He is a serial entrepreneur. He founded OSWeb2Design Singapore Pte Ltd in 2007 offering web development, e-commerce store development, graphics design, ebook publishing, mobile apps development, and digital marketing services. He established the first online gardening store in Singapore, Eco City Hydroponics Pte Ltd in 2000, offering a wide range of gardening products such as seeds, plant nutrients, hydroponics kits etc. Eco City Hydroponics has become the most popular and successful gardening store in Singapore. He founded Tertiary Infotech Pte Ltd in 2012 and transformed the business to a training platform, Tertiary Courses in 2014. Tertiary Courses offers a wide range of SkillsFuture courses for PMETs to upgrade their skills and knowledge. He also established Tertiary Courses Malaysia in 2016. Dr. Alfred Ang earned his Ph.D. from National University of Singapore in 2000, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He also completed an online MBA course with U21 Global based in Australia. He obtained his B.Sc (Hons) from National University of Singapore in 1992, majoring in Physics. He topped his Physics cohort for 3 consecutive years and funded his degree study with Book price, awards and tuition. He has worked in Defence, Electronics and Semiconductor Industries. His current interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Robotics and Programming.
Dr. Alfred Ang is IBM certified instructor for AI Practitioners course. He is a ACTA certified trainer and DACE certified curriculum developer. He was Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) and Senior Member of IEEE. He has published more than 20 peer reviewed papers and co-inventors for more than 20 inventions.
