Patrick Oh is a Singapore Certified Management Consultant who approaches project management through the lens of governance, value and accountable delivery. Listed by TUV SUD as a certified consultant and working with SG Venture Consulting, he is a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) consultant who implements and audits various ISO management systems, including quality and environmental management systems, ISO 14064 greenhouse gas accounting and internal audit. He delivers performance management and solutions design consulting and corporate compliance advice, and he has provided Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) consultancy for more than 13 years. He is CIPM (IAPP) certified and is active in sustainability practice, sustainability reporting and community development. Before moving into management consulting, Patrick spent years as an automation design engineer, and he has written on management topics, including an article arguing that much of Agile repackages long-established project-management best practice he had applied as an engineer and consultant.
This masterclass follows the project lifecycle and globally recognised good practice from the Project Management Institute, and Patrick brings each stage to life with a consultant's practical perspective. He starts with the business environment, showing why projects must align with strategy, deliver measurable benefits and respect governance and compliance requirements, themes that run through his GRC work. As learners move through starting, planning and executing a project, he draws on his client-facing engagements to explain how to engage stakeholders, build shared understanding and lead a team through delivery. His risk and performance management background informs the monitoring and control topic, where he emphasises tracking progress honestly, managing issues and handling change in a controlled way. In closing the project, his audit experience highlights the value of capturing lessons and confirming that benefits have been realised. Learners finish with practical tools to plan, lead and deliver projects, and a solid foundation for further PMP study. He also emphasises leadership, communication and judgement as the qualities that turn a sound plan into a successful project.
Dr. Siva (Prof. Dr. S. Sivanesan) is a Singapore-based governance, risk and compliance specialist with more than 30 years of experience helping organisations govern well, manage risk and make controls work in practice. He provides governance and board advisory, enterprise risk management (ERM), internal controls and audit, and sustainability and ESG governance and reporting, and has conducted investigations into irregularities and financial fraud. He is also experienced in business process reengineering, streamlining policies and procedures, and developing crisis management frameworks and plans, and he curates ERM frameworks and training roadmaps. He has worked with boards, regulators, financial institutions, the public sector and charities across Asia. He holds a Doctorate in Governance, Risks and Sustainability from EIMT, a Masters in Business Systems and a Bachelor of Economics (Accountancy) from Monash University, and a Specialist Diploma in Sustainability Reporting from Temasek Polytechnic. His professional credentials include CIA, CISA and CRISC, and he is ACLP-certified in Singapore and an HRDC-accredited trainer in Malaysia.
Project Management Masterclass follows the project lifecycle and globally recognised good practice from the Project Management Institute (PMI), from the business environment through starting, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project. Dr. Siva gives this journey a strong governance and risk foundation. In the business environment topic, his board advisory work helps learners understand strategic alignment, governance and compliance, and why projects must deliver value the organisation can recognise. When planning and controlling projects, his ERM experience brings depth to identifying, assessing and responding to risks, managing changes and keeping budgets under control. His crisis management and investigative background adds realism to handling issues that escalate, while his work with boards and regulators informs how learners communicate with sponsors and senior stakeholders. Learners gain a practical, governance-aware command of the project lifecycle and a strong foundation for those working towards the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Praveen Dayal is a senior IT leader and project management specialist with extensive global experience in banking, finance, manufacturing and technology. He holds certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, ASM, CISA, CISM, CRISC and CDPSE, and has led large-scale IT projects, digital transformation programmes and enterprise system implementations. He has designed solutions for the banking and finance, ICT and manufacturing verticals, and facilitates training programmes in project management (including PMP and PMI-ACP), risk management (including PMI-RMP and CRISC), information and cyber security, and IS audit and compliance.
In Project Management Masterclass, Praveen draws on this breadth to teach the project lifecycle and the PMI good practice on which it is built. Learners start with the business environment, understanding how projects deliver strategic value within governance and compliance requirements, then move through starting the project, planning scope, schedule, budget and risk, and executing with a collaborative team. They finish by monitoring and controlling progress and closing the project with benefits realised. As an ACLP-certified trainer, he uses real-world case studies and simulations, and his risk and governance expertise helps learners anticipate problems early. The masterclass gives participants practical tools for delivering projects and a strong foundation for those working towards PMP certification.
Zahari Mohd, known as Zack, is an ACTA-certified trainer and PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor (PMP) whose specialty topics include project management, Six Sigma, personal development, quality assurance and IT processes. He is a certified Project Management Professional, a certified Scrum Master and a Certified Software Quality Assurance (CSQA) professional, with deep knowledge of PMBOK, SDLC, CMMI, Six Sigma, ISO and CBOK. He has a proven track record of delivery and organisational development based on strong strategic vision, and of coaching and mentoring project teams, and has delivered global and regional classroom and live virtual training.
In Project Management Masterclass, Zack teaches the project lifecycle from the perspective of a PMI-authorised PMP instructor. Learners begin with the business environment and how projects create value, then start the project by engaging stakeholders and forming the team, plan scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and lead execution. They then monitor and control progress, manage changes and close the project. His quality assurance background and skill in turning the voice of the customer into workable processes and policies help participants build plans that hold up in practice. With fun, engaging facilitation and strong interpersonal skills, he gives learners practical tools to deliver projects and a solid foundation for those working towards PMP certification.

His approach to redesigning agile learning has helped organisations improve the way product teams deliver products that customers love.
In Project Management Masterclass, Sin Fatt brings an agile and customer-centric lens to the full project lifecycle. Learners begin with the business environment and how projects create value, then start, plan, execute, monitor and close a project in line with PMI good practice, building a strong foundation for those working towards PMP certification. Drawing on his consulting and transformation experience, he shows how predictive planning and adaptive methods can complement each other, and how keeping customer needs and business goals in view leads to better project decisions. His workshops favour hands-on problem-solving and active learning, so participants leave with practical tools and the confidence to plan, lead and deliver projects successfully.
