Her commitment to health and wellness education is demonstrated through specialized training in Improving Mental Health Through Diet and Nutrition (Deakin University) and Nutrition and Disease Prevention (Taipei Medical University). With additional experience in service excellence, leadership, and the food & beverage industry, Kishori brings a holistic perspective to empowering employee well-being. A Registered Management Consultant and Certified Career Coach, Freddy has designed and delivered numerous programs in customer service excellence, human capital development, employability skills, and workplace transformation. His people-centric approach and proven track record in training more than 2,000 job seekers and employees at various levels highlight his ability to empower individuals and organizations to achieve greater workplace effectiveness and resilience.
