He has served as Chief Information Officer at the Supreme Court of Singapore and Vice President of Information Systems at Senoko Energy, where he led major IT modernization projects. Since 2017, he has worked as an independent consultant and ACLP-certified trainer, specializing in guiding SMEs and enterprises in adopting future-ready digital platforms. As a WSQ-accredited trainer, Terence delivers programs in digital collaboration, IT governance, and productivity tools. His facilitation emphasizes case studies, simulations, and hands-on practice, enabling learners to apply modern IT systems such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to improve collaboration and business efficiency. With an interest and experience in scripting, Ken has worked on projects using HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, MS Office, VBA, Power BI, etc. Notably, Ken is a proven expert Excel user at work who has made efficient many work processes, improved data analysis and enhanced the quality of business planning and reporting for organizations. Ken graduated with a Pharmacy degree, holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide. An ardent advocate of lifelong learning, Ken is ACTA trained and seeks to continually upgrade his IT skills through various channels of learning and Microsoft certifications. Armand Abdul Rahim is an ACLP-certified trainer and learning consultant with strong expertise in customer engagement, interpersonal effectiveness, and professional communication. He has conducted corporate training across industries, enabling professionals to build rapport, deliver persuasive messages, and foster positive workplace relationships. His engaging and learner-focused style makes technical concepts in communication highly relatable.
