Ho Kum Chuen is a Certified Master Black Belt with more than 30 years of experience in engineering, process improvement, and quality management. He has led multiple Six Sigma projects in multinational corporations, focusing on DMAIC methodology, statistical quality tools, and breakthrough process improvements. His career includes senior roles in product development, quality assurance, and customer support, where he provided consultancy on aligning operations with strategic goals and industry standards such as IATF 16949. As an ACTA-certified trainer, Ho has delivered Lean Six Sigma training and mentored engineers in applying advanced quality methodologies. His teaching emphasizes hands-on application, enabling learners to identify waste, streamline processes, and improve workplace efficiency. With a strong track record in both consultancy and training, he ensures participants gain the practical skills to apply Lean Six Sigma tools effectively in their organizations.
Darwin is an ACTA-certified facilitator. He graduated with NUS Bachelor of Electrical Engineering(Honours). He have more than 15 years in the semiconductor industry. Resposible engineering roles such as Process, Product, Integration, Yield, and Defects Analysis. He is specialise in Defects analysis. Have the experience in trainings to engineers in Product design, circuit driving, process flows, defects analysis, and testing. In order to work more effectively and more  knowledge-sharing, he continue his learning in pursuing Masters in Nanoelectronics.
