As Division Director at the Singapore International Foundation, he leads strategic planning, partnerships, and financial sustainability initiatives. Previously, he directed the Social Service Sector Strategic Thrusts (4ST) 2022–2026 at NCSS and spearheaded transformation programs in organizational strategy and culture building. With a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, Ng Herk Low has held senior roles in AWWA, SG Enable, and IDA, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, governance, and capability-building initiatives. In sustainability reporting training, he equips learners with both strategic and operational perspectives, guiding them through applying GRI Standards to develop transparent, accountable, and stakeholder-focused sustainability reports. His extensive public sector and non-profit experience ensures participants gain practical insights into sustainability reporting that drive real impact.
