Patrick Oh is a Singapore Certified Management Consultant who helps organisations bring structure, accountability and visibility to the way work gets done. Listed by TUV SUD as a certified consultant and working with SG Venture Consulting, he is a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) consultant who implements and audits various ISO management systems, including quality and environmental management systems, ISO 14064 greenhouse gas accounting and internal audit, engagements that depend on clearly assigned tasks and well-tracked progress. He also delivers performance management and solutions design consulting, corporate compliance advice and Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) consultancy, which he has provided for more than 13 years, and he is CIPM (IAPP) certified. His interests include sustainability practice, sustainability reporting and community development. Before becoming a management consultant, Patrick spent years as an automation design engineer, where planning and coordinating technical work was part of the job.
In this masterclass, Patrick approaches Microsoft Planner as a practical tool for making team commitments visible: who is doing what, and by when. He guides learners from Planner's place within Microsoft 365 through creating plans, buckets and tasks, then scheduling work in the board, grid, schedule and timeline views. Drawing on his experience coordinating compliance and ISO implementation work, he shows how sensible plan structures and clear task ownership prevent important actions from slipping through the cracks. In the topics on task dependencies, resources and progress tracking, his engineering and performance management background helps learners sequence work realistically and monitor progress honestly. The final topic on collaboration, reporting and best practices benefits from his client-facing consulting, as he highlights how simple, consistent reporting keeps managers and stakeholders informed without extra admin. Learners leave able to plan, organise and track team work and small-scale projects efficiently in Microsoft Planner. He also shares practical conventions for naming, labelling and organising tasks so that plans stay readable as they grow, and stresses reviewing plans regularly with the team so that Planner reflects reality rather than intentions.

His practice includes governance and board advisory, enterprise risk management (ERM), internal controls and audit, business process reengineering and the streamlining of policies and procedures, as well as crisis management frameworks and plans and sustainability and ESG governance and reporting. In technology, he works on IT governance, technology risk, cybersecurity aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST, user access management and data protection. He has worked with boards, regulators, financial institutions, the public sector and charities, and is a keynote speaker on AI and governance, risk culture and the future of internal audit. He holds a Doctorate in Governance, Risks and Sustainability from EIMT, a Masters in Business Systems and a Bachelor of Economics (Accountancy) from Monash University, and a Specialist Diploma in Sustainability Reporting from Temasek Polytechnic. His professional credentials include CIA, CISA and CRISC, and he is ACLP-certified in Singapore and an HRDC-accredited trainer in Malaysia.
Microsoft Planner Masterclass teaches learners to plan, organise and track team work in Microsoft 365, and Dr. Siva brings a practical focus on clarity, ownership and accountability. As learners create plans, buckets and tasks and work with the Board, Grid, Schedule and Timeline views, he shows how a well-structured plan makes it obvious who is doing what and by when. His process reengineering experience helps learners organise work so that it is simple to follow and easy to maintain, while his risk management background adds value to the topics on task dependencies, resources and progress tracking, where early visibility of slippage allows timely action. His experience with user access management and data protection informs sensible practice when sharing plans and collaborating across teams. In the reporting and best practices topic, he draws on his work with senior stakeholders to help learners present progress clearly, so they leave able to manage tasks and small-scale projects in Planner with confidence.
Terence Ee is an IT leader, consultant and certified trainer with more than 25 years of corporate IT experience, including senior management roles in the public and private sectors. In Microsoft Planner Masterclass, Terence draws on his project management focus and his experience of training learners on Microsoft 365 to show how Planner keeps team work organised. Learners start with Planner and its integration with Microsoft 365, then create plans, buckets and tasks, and schedule work using the board, grid, schedule and timeline views. They set task dependencies, assign resources and track progress, and finish with collaboration, reporting and Planner best practices. His mission as a trainer is to co-create insightful, actionable learning with his learners, and his sessions use case studies and hands-on practice, so participants leave able to coordinate tasks and small-scale projects efficiently in Planner.
Wayne Lim is an ACTA trainer, Agile practitioner and Scrum Master with 11 years of project management experience in the construction and marine sectors. They go on to set task dependencies, assign resources and track progress, before covering collaboration, reporting and best practices. Having run projects in the construction and marine sectors and worked in a start-up, he helps participants structure plans the way real teams work, with clear ownership and deadlines. Learners leave able to see who is doing what and by when, and to manage tasks and small-scale projects efficiently.

In Microsoft Planner Masterclass, Stefan applies his experience of leading large-scale projects and multi-country teams to the everyday business of organising work. Learners start with Planner and its place in Microsoft 365, create plans, buckets and tasks, and schedule work using the board, grid, schedule and timeline views. They then set task dependencies, assign resources, track progress and use Planner's collaboration and reporting features, finishing with best practices. His emphasis on clear communication and stakeholder engagement helps participants use Planner not just as a task list but as a shared view of who is doing what and by when. Learners leave able to coordinate team tasks and small-scale projects efficiently.
