As an ACLP-certified trainer, Praveen has delivered Agile and Scrum-focused programs that empower IT and business professionals to adopt iterative, value-driven project management approaches. He integrates real-world case studies, simulations, and agile practices into his teaching, enabling participants to understand how agile frameworks can be applied beyond software development into IT projects and enterprise change management. His pragmatic and structured approach ensures learners acquire actionable skills to deliver IT projects with agility, efficiency, and business alignment.
Wayne Lim is a ACTA trainer. An Agile practitioner and Scrum Master, part of a start-up in the Maritime sector, and involved in family’s’ food and beverage business. Wayne graduated from RMIT University with a bachelor’s in construction management. Having 11 years in project management experience in the construction and marine sectors. Lectured in tertiary institutions in topics like management, marketing, engineering, mathematics, and customer service. His current interest includes R and Python programming languages, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
