Managing a team of AI agents raises the same questions as managing people: who owns which task, what each member may do on its own, and how work is checked before it reaches a customer. Dr. Alfred Ang has been answering those questions in his own systems for years. A full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect, he designs multi-agent architectures with frameworks such as n8n, Langflow, Flowise, the OpenAI Agents SDK, the Google Gemini Agent SDK, the Claude Agent SDK, Microsoft AutoGen and CrewAI, and he leads agentic AI adoption that moves organisations from experimentation to operational AI. He serves as Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd and founded Tertiary Courses. Among the more than 300 public repositories on his GitHub, AICoaching is a business pitch and six-scenario coaching simulator for redesigning jobs around accountable AI-agent ownership; kacificerpr runs scheduled AI agents that raise purchase orders and replenishment requests while people approve them through email, Asana or Telegram; and hermes-video-pipeline coordinates research, scripting, rendering and verification steps in an automated video production line. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and the NTU Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional), and is a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), an AWS Certified AI Practitioner and a PMP-certified project manager.

In WSQ Manage AI Agents with Paperclip, Dr. Ang brings that agent-management experience to Paperclip's visual interface, so participants can build and run agents with minimal coding. The first topic covers the fundamentals of agentic AI and Paperclip, explaining how autonomous agents differ from traditional chatbots and how they reason, use tools, access knowledge and collaborate. The second topic is hands-on agent building: designing agents, configuring workflows, integrating large language models and connecting APIs to automate business processes. Topic three extends this into intelligent multi-agent systems, where several agents divide a complex task and pass work between them, and the final topic covers deploying and managing agents in day-to-day operations. Although Paperclip is a different tool from the frameworks in his own projects, the management principles carry over directly, and he uses his human-approval workflows and job-redesign simulator to show why every agent needs a clear owner, defined boundaries and a reviewable record of what it has done. His PMP and ITIL backgrounds inform the practical advice on monitoring, escalation and continuous improvement, while his AI ethics and governance training keeps accountability front and centre. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he paces the course for business professionals as well as technical staff, with guided builds and discussion of where agents fit in learners' own teams. Participants leave able to deploy agents and manage them responsibly. To explore his agent projects, explore his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
