What's This Course About

This hands-on course equips digital marketers with the skills to use Claude Cowork as an intelligent workspace for content production, system integration, workflow automation, and marketing performance analysis. Participants will learn how to connect Claude Cowork with various Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, enabling it to access business applications, marketing platforms, documents, data sources, and other digital systems within a unified workflow.

Learners will create reusable Claude Skills based on real-world marketing tasks, transforming proven work processes into repeatable AI-assisted workflows. These skills can support activities such as market research, campaign planning, audience profiling, SEO content creation, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising copy, content calendars, and marketing reports. Participants will also learn how to provide clear instructions, reference materials, brand guidelines, and quality criteria to produce consistent, brand-aligned content.

The course further explores how Claude Cowork can consolidate campaign data, analyse key marketing metrics, identify performance trends, and generate actionable recommendations. Through practical exercises, participants will build integrated digital marketing workflows that reduce repetitive work, improve content quality, and support faster, data-driven decisions. By the end of the course, learners will be able to use Claude Cowork, MCP tools, and custom Skills to create a scalable and efficient AI-powered digital marketing system.

How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.

Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026

  • Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
  • SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
  1. Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
  2. Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
  3. Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
  4. No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.

Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.

Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026

Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

How to Apply PSEA

Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.

  1. Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
  2. Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
  3. Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
  4. We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
  5. MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.

More details: MOE PSEA overview.

Appeal Process

If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal.

  1. When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
  2. Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
  3. If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.
  4. Lodge your appeal within 7 days, giving your reasons, using the Candidate Appeal Form. The assessor can help you write and lodge it.
  5. An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.
  6. You will be told the outcome within 2 weeks of lodging the appeal. The panel's decision is final.

Dr. Alfred Ang approaches Claude Cowork as someone who already packages his own working methods into reusable AI skills. He is a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect, Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd and founder of Tertiary Courses, and he has a long marketing pedigree, having founded OSWeb2Design Singapore Pte Ltd in 2007 to offer web development, graphics design and digital marketing services. Among the more than 300 public repositories on his GitHub, skills is a published collection of Claude Code skills that automate tasks such as writing LinkedIn posts, generating READMEs, producing NotebookLM slides and testing mobile responsiveness; tertiary-wsq-skills captures his academy's house style for courseware as Claude Code skills; ai-pei is a Next.js CMS powered by the Claude Agent SDK with SEO and lead generation built into every page, a self-improving chatbot and an auto-blog scheduler; and malaysia_automation_setup is an n8n automation that connects Gmail and MailerLite subscriber sync for a multi-country content pipeline. His credentials include Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and Data Scientist (DP-100), AWS Certified AI Practitioner, and the Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, together with a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS. That combination of marketing experience and hands-on AI engineering is what he brings into the classroom.

In WSQ - Claude Cowork for Digital Marketing, Dr. Ang helps digital marketers turn Claude Cowork into a genuine marketing workspace rather than a chat window. The first topic covers integrating Claude Cowork with digital marketing systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, so that Cowork can reach documents, data sources, marketing platforms and business applications within one workflow, and learners discuss which connections are worth the access they grant. The second topic is the heart of the course: creating reusable Claude Skills for digital marketing content and workflows. Here his own habit of turning repeat work into skills is directly useful, as he shows how to take a proven process, such as market research, campaign planning, audience profiling or content production, and write it up so that Cowork follows the same steps and standards every time. The third topic turns to analysing marketing performance and generating data-driven insights, where his Power BI background helps learners ask the right questions of campaign data and check that AI-generated conclusions are supported by the numbers. Throughout, he stresses brand consistency, data privacy and human review before anything is published. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he keeps the course hands-on, so marketers leave with connected tools, a small library of skills built around their own work and a repeatable reporting routine. He also shares how he names, versions and documents skills so that a whole marketing team can rely on them. To see the AI marketing tools and skills he builds, view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
