How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.
How to Apply PSEA
Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.
- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.
Appeal Process
If you disagree with an assessment decision, you have the right to appeal.
- When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
- Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
- If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.
- Lodge your appeal within 7 days, giving your reasons, using the Candidate Appeal Form. The assessor can help you write and lodge it.
- An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.
- You will be told the outcome within 2 weeks of lodging the appeal. The panel's decision is final.

Dr. Alfred Ang sits on both sides of AI-driven business transformation: he leads it inside his own company and he builds the agents that make it work. As Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd and the founder of Tertiary Courses, he leads agentic AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives, helping organisations move from experimentation to operational AI across customer service, internal workflows, analytics and decision support. As a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect, he designs multi-agent systems with frameworks such as n8n, CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen and the OpenAI, Google Gemini and Claude agent SDKs. His GitHub portfolio of 300+ public repositories includes workplacelearning, a site focused on AI transformation and job redesign, and AICoaching, a coaching simulator for redesigning jobs around accountable AI-agent ownership. His kacificerpr prototype shows the operational side: purchase orders with human-in-the-loop approvals by email, Asana and Telegram, three-way-matched invoices, stock replenishment and DeepSeek agents, while AI-LMS-TMS is a self-hosted training management system with AI agent automation for Singapore's SkillsFuture ecosystem. He is a certified PMP, Certified ScrumMaster and ITIL practitioner, a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and he holds the Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU. His academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from NUS.
In this WSQ course, Dr. Ang equips managers, team leaders and transformation staff to identify, plan and deliver change with AI agents. Topic 1 covers business process transformation and cross-functional use cases: examining existing processes, operational pain points, customer needs and performance gaps to find where agents that perform multi-step tasks, use digital tools and analyse information can add value. Topic 2 addresses transition planning, workflow integration and implementation, where learners redesign workflows by assigning responsibilities to employees and agents, automating repetitive steps while keeping important decisions under human oversight, as his own procurement prototype does with its approval loop. Topic 3 turns to workforce enablement, AI governance and business value optimisation: preparing staff for new roles, setting policies and controls, measuring outcomes and scaling what works. His project management, Scrum and ITIL training shape how he teaches roadmaps, pilots and service transition, and his governance certification grounds the discussion of risk, accountability and transparency. He brings a candid founder's view of what actually changes when agents join a team, including the skills people need and the resistance leaders should expect. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he combines case discussions with hands-on agent demonstrations, so participants leave with a transformation canvas for a real process in their organisation, a draft implementation plan and a shared language for working with technology teams. Sanjiv Venkatram is an IT consultant and Microsoft-certified professional specialising in digital transformation, enterprise cloud adoption and intelligent workplace solutions. As a corporate trainer and technology evangelist, he focuses on equipping professionals to harness agentic AI and AI agents for business innovation, with training that bridges business process design, data analytics and human-agent collaboration. CEO of Prudentia Consulting and ACTA-certified, he previously worked at Microsoft across the US and APAC, Cognizant, Yazaki North America and Oracle, and has rich experience of turnaround environments and strategic transformations.
In this course, Sanjiv guides participants in redesigning workflows so that AI agents automate repetitive multi-step tasks while important decisions stay under human oversight. Learners examine business process transformation and cross-functional AI agent use cases, then plan the transition, integrate agents into existing workflows and implement them. The final topic addresses workforce enablement, AI governance and business value optimisation, where his background in financial planning and analysis helps learners judge whether agents are delivering real returns. His practical, hands-on style means participants leave with a transformation plan they can take back to their organisation and a clear view of how to balance automation with accountability.

In Business Transformation with Agentic AI and AI Agents, Eugene draws on this enterprise systems experience to show how AI agents can be integrated into IT, administration and operations workflows. Learners examine existing processes and business functions to identify cross-functional use cases, then plan the transition by redesigning workflows, assigning responsibilities between employees and AI agents, and addressing system integration and data requirements.
