How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

Turning AI agents into measurable business improvements is the focus of Dr. Alfred Ang's work as an Agentic AI solution architect, and it is the thread that runs through WSQ Business Innovation with AI Agents. He is a full-stack AI developer, courseware developer and corporate trainer, and the Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, where he leads agentic AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives that help organisations move from experimentation to operational AI. He is also the founder of Tertiary Courses and a serial entrepreneur who founded Tertiary Robotics in 2015 and Tertiary Courses Malaysia, so he evaluates AI ideas with an owner's eye on cost and return. His qualifications include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU, an online MBA from Universitas 21 Global and a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, together with PMP, CSM, ITIL, Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and AWS Certified Solutions Architect credentials. His public GitHub portfolio illustrates business processes digitalised with agents: an ERP prototype with purchase orders, three-way-matched invoices, human-in-the-loop email, Asana and Telegram approvals and DeepSeek agents; a workplace learning website for AI transformation and job redesign with n8n automation; an AI coaching simulator for redesigning jobs around accountable AI-agent ownership; and a done-for-you AI digital-human service with a voice-enabled avatar trained on an organisation's content.
In this course he helps learners connect emerging technology to concrete business decisions. Participants begin with AI agents, related emerging technologies and the ways they are transforming business models, then learn to identify where agents can genuinely improve processes, customer experiences and organisational performance rather than adding novelty. He guides them through mapping an existing process, deciding which steps an agent should handle, which require human approval and which should stay manual, and then digitalising those processes with AI agents using the same design patterns he applies in his own builds with n8n, the OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft AutoGen and CrewAI. The feasibility and cost-benefit topic draws on his MBA training and experience running his own businesses, as learners estimate effort, running costs, risks and expected benefits, and compare options such as off-the-shelf tools against custom agents. Finally, participants plan how to implement and evaluate an AI-driven innovation, defining success measures, pilot scope, governance and change management, informed by his project management and AI governance credentials. He also highlights the people side of innovation, including how roles change when agents take on routine work, how to win support from staff and leadership, and why a small, well-measured pilot usually persuades more than an ambitious plan. As an ACTA-certified trainer, DACE-certified curriculum developer and the IBM certified instructor for the AI Practitioners course, he keeps the sessions practical and discussion-rich, so participants leave with an evaluated, implementation-ready proposal for their own organisation. Alfred Yap is an ACLP-certified trainer with extensive experience in adult education and emerging technology training, including AI agent training. With a strong background in IT and business transformation, he has designed and delivered courses that empower professionals to understand and apply new technologies effectively. His expertise spans digital systems, process innovation and technology adoption strategies, which positions him well to guide learners in AI agent applications. He has also delivered courses across IT fundamentals and business technology, and his foundation in instructional design and applied learning makes technical concepts accessible to diverse groups of learners.
In WSQ - Business Innovation with AI Agents, Alfred takes a practical, learner-centred approach. Participants explore AI agents, emerging technologies and business model transformation, identify opportunities for AI agent adoption, and digitalise business processes using Hermes Agent. They then carry out feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of AI agent solutions before implementing and evaluating AI-driven business innovation processes. By integrating case studies and applied exercises, Alfred ensures learners gain both conceptual understanding and the ability to spot real-world opportunities for agents in functions such as customer service, sales and administration. Participants leave equipped to use AI agents for innovation and sustainable growth.
Truman Ng focuses his training on the practical application of AI agent technology to real business challenges. He has delivered technology courses covering both the technical implementation and the strategic use cases of AI agents, helping participants understand autonomous agents, workflow automation and how to integrate AI with existing systems. With over two decades of experience in IT, networking and emerging technologies, his career spans cybersecurity, automation and cloud computing, and he has also trained learners in machine learning, Python programming and blockchain. He is a PMP-certified project manager, a Huawei HCIE-certified professional, a Certified Bitcoin Professional and an ACTA-certified trainer.
In WSQ Business Innovation with AI Agents, Truman helps participants identify, design and implement AI-powered opportunities using Hermes Agent, which can understand objectives, plan and execute tasks, retrieve information, use digital tools and automate workflows. Learners explore how AI agents and emerging technologies are reshaping business models, analyse existing processes to find innovation opportunities, and digitalise selected processes with agents. They then assess feasibility, costs and benefits before implementing and evaluating their solutions. With his multidisciplinary expertise and hands-on teaching style, Truman equips learners to treat AI agents as a driver of innovation, efficiency and trust in their organisations.
Terence Ee is an independent consultant and trainer who, since 2017, has focused on equipping professionals with emerging technology skills, including the application of AI agents to business innovation. He has over 25 years of experience in IT management, enterprise systems and digital transformation, including senior positions as Chief Information Officer at the Supreme Court of Singapore and Vice President of Information Systems at Senoko Energy, where he implemented large-scale IT strategies and digital innovation projects. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from NUS and an M.Sc. in Technology Management from Staffordshire University, and is an ACLP-certified, WSQ-accredited trainer.
Terence's teaching centres on the strategic use of AI agents for process optimisation, workflow automation and data-driven decision-making, which maps directly onto this course. Learners examine how AI agents and other emerging technologies are transforming business models, then identify realistic opportunities for AI agents in their own organisations and digitalise selected business processes. He brings an executive's eye to the feasibility and cost-benefit analysis topic, helping participants build a sound business case before committing resources, and then guides them through implementing and evaluating AI-driven innovation. Combining industry leadership with hands-on training, he ensures participants can confidently use AI agents to drive organisational change and competitive advantage.
