Changing or withdrawing: cancel the claim on MySkillsFuture at least one day before the course starts. If your class date changes, cancel the claim and submit a new one with the new date.
How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

NTUC members can claim 50% of the unfunded course fee under the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP), capped at $250 a year (aged below 40) or $500 a year (aged 40 and above). The cap is shared with UTAP claims for AI tool subscriptions.

- NTUC usually pays the claim within 4 weeks of submission.
Read more in our UTAP guide.
How to Apply PSEA
Singapore Citizens with a Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA), which stays open until around the year you turn 31, can use it to pay the course fee after funding for PSEA-approved courses. You can also use a sibling's PSEA after your own has been used up.
- Check that this course shows the PSEA tag on its MySkillsFuture page.
- Check your PSEA balance on MOE's Student Finance System with Singpass.
- Download and complete the PSEA withdrawal form, then submit it to us.
- We submit the withdrawal request to MOE. You (and your sibling, if you are using their account) authorise it in the Student Finance System. Nothing is withdrawn without this authorisation.
- MOE pays us directly. If you have already paid, we refund the amount covered by PSEA.
More details: MOE PSEA overview.
Appeal Process

- An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.

Tay Hoo Wee is a film producer, creative director and media educator who combines screen production experience with a strong eye for visual communication. As Founder and Director of Asia Media Academy, he has led digital media training and course development initiatives that help content creators build industry-ready skills. His credits include Kallang Roar the Movie (2008), Ghost on Air (2012), Crazy Rich Asians (2017) and HBO's Halfworlds, and he has collaborated with Sir Ridley Scott Productions, HBO, Netflix and Mediacorp. Beyond film, he has worked extensively with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Firefly, to create visual content for marketing, branding and e-learning. His expertise spans digital storytelling, production management, cinematography, post-production and multimedia design, and he focuses on merging traditional storytelling with generative AI to help brands and creators communicate more effectively. He understands that marketing video must earn attention quickly, and he brings that understanding of audience, story and visual impact to every class he teaches.
In WSQ - Agentic AI and AI Agents for Video Inbound Marketing, Hoo Wee brings a creative director's perspective to video that attracts and converts. Learners start with the foundations of agentic AI for video inbound marketing, connecting audience personas, customer journeys, content funnels and search intent to the stories a brand should be telling. He then guides AI-powered video content creation and campaign automation, showing participants how AI agents can support research, topic planning, scripting and production while the human team keeps control of brand voice, visual identity and message. Drawing on his marketing and branding work, he helps learners judge whether AI-generated video is genuinely on-brand and fit for each stage of the funnel. He also encourages learners to plan a consistent visual style across a series of videos, so that a campaign feels like one story rather than a set of unrelated clips. The final topic covers optimising, analysing and scaling video marketing with AI agents, so participants leave with a practical, repeatable approach to producing video that builds engagement and generates leads.
Don Chan is a creative media educator, lecturer and industry practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in creative production, adult professional training and school enrichment. As Founder, Lead Trainer and Creative Director of Pixel Cloud since 2012, he produces corporate videography and event content for clients while running a Singapore creative media and training practice. Since 2019 he has also been an adult trainer and curriculum developer through Pixel Cloud's partnership with NTUC LearningHub, delivering more than 100 course runs across public, SGUS and SCTP programmes in design, video, photography, generative AI and capstone projects, with a 4.90/5 average trainer-effectiveness rating. His earlier roles include Head of Academics (Enrichment) at the School of Media & Technology and Senior Multimedia Specialist at ASKnLearn. He is ACLP-certified and a DaVinci Resolve Certified Trainer, and uses generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini and Canva AI alongside Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
In WSQ - Agentic AI and AI Agents for Video Inbound Marketing, Don connects AI-driven workflows to the realities of producing video that a business can actually use to attract customers. Learners begin with the foundations of agentic AI for video inbound marketing, linking audience personas, customer journeys, content funnels and search intent to the videos each stage of the funnel needs. In the second topic on AI-powered video content creation and campaign automation, his corporate videography and design experience helps participants turn AI-assisted research and scripts into clear, on-brand visuals and short-form edits. The final topic focuses on optimising, analysing and scaling video marketing with AI agents, where his curriculum development background keeps the work structured and measurable, with clear steps learners can repeat for future campaigns. Using his "Appreciate, Analyze, Apply" approach, refined since he began teaching in 2008, Don has learners study effective marketing videos, analyse why they perform and then apply those lessons with AI agents, leaving with a practical, repeatable process for video-led inbound marketing.
Dr. Alfred Ang has automated video production end to end with AI agents, which makes him well placed to teach agentic video marketing. His hermes-video-pipeline project is an automated YouTube production pipeline for Tertiary Courses: a topic request from a web form triggers a Hermes Agent that researches, scripts, renders, verifies and publishes videos autonomously. Related work on GitHub includes videocreation, which turns a topic into a narrated video in TikTok or YouTube formats; lipsyncdemo, which turns a portrait and a script into a talking avatar; digitalhuman, a done-for-you AI digital-human service with voice cloning and content training; and socialmediapost, a publishing platform that posts video, photos and text to 22 platforms with scheduling and analytics. On the inbound side, ai-cms adds AI content generation, a weekly auto-blog scheduler and a self-improving lead-generation chatbot. As founder of Tertiary Courses and Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, he is a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect specialising in conversational, voice and video agent deployment, using frameworks such as n8n, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK and CrewAI. He is also an IBM certified instructor for the AI Practitioners course. His certifications include Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and AWS Certified AI Practitioner, and he holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from NUS.
In WSQ - Agentic AI and AI Agents for Video Inbound Marketing, Dr. Ang shows marketers how to use agents across the whole video funnel, from research to reporting. The first topic lays the foundations: audience personas, customer journeys, content funnels and search intent, and how AI agents can support market and competitor research and topic and keyword planning. The second topic moves into AI-powered video content creation and campaign automation, with learners using generative tools to draft scripts, storyboards, voiceovers and short-form edits, then automating scheduling, distribution and lead capture. The third topic covers optimising, analysing and scaling, using agents to monitor engagement, interpret performance data and recommend the next round of improvements. Because he runs video and content automation for his own training business, he can show where automation genuinely saves time and where a human editor must check accuracy, brand tone and claims before anything is published. He also addresses consent and disclosure when using synthetic voices or avatars, drawing on his Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU. Sessions are practical: learners plan a campaign for their own organisation, build agent-assisted steps for research, production and posting, and review the results against clear inbound metrics. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he keeps the technical setup manageable for marketing teams without coding experience. To see the video and marketing automation projects he has built, view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
Allen Wong is an ACLP-certified trainer and digital marketing strategist with proven success in driving multimillion-dollar revenues through data-driven campaigns. As CEO of Medistation and a consultant to various businesses, he has built expertise in e-commerce, social media marketing and AI-powered analytics. He specialises in translating digital trends into actionable strategies for business growth, with a strong focus on youth-oriented platforms such as TikTok, where short-form video drives discovery and engagement.
In this WSQ course, Agentic AI and AI Agents for Video Inbound Marketing, Allen shows learners how to use agentic and generative AI to plan, create, automate and optimise video-driven inbound marketing. Participants cover the foundations of agentic AI for video inbound marketing, use AI to create video content and automate campaigns, and then optimise, analyse and scale their video marketing with AI agents. His training emphasises creative content creation, data analytics and campaign optimisation, and he guides learners on using AI agents, platform algorithms and advertising tools to turn engagement into measurable leads. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, participants learn to design video strategies that convert viewers into customers.
Ray Teoh is an ACLP-certified trainer with long leadership experience in the digital marketing industry, having held senior roles at Singapore Press Holdings, Innity and iClick Interactive. He has driven large-scale social media campaigns across Singapore, Malaysia and China, and specialises in SME digital transformation. In his video inbound marketing training, he emphasises strategic campaign planning and analytics, guiding learners through audience targeting, influencer collaborations and content optimisation for maximum reach and conversion.
In WSQ - Agentic AI and AI Agents for Video Inbound Marketing, Ray applies this campaign experience to using agentic AI and generative AI to plan, create, automate and optimise video-driven inbound marketing. Participants begin with the foundations of agentic AI for video inbound marketing, then move to AI-powered video content creation and campaign automation, and finally optimise, analyse and scale their video marketing with AI agents. Drawing on his regional leadership experience, he provides insights on using video marketing for cross-border marketing and business growth, while keeping the focus on targeting and measurable conversion. Participants leave able to streamline their marketing workflows with AI agents and run video campaigns that attract, engage and convert the right audience.
