How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

More details: MOE PSEA overview.

- When the assessor gives you feedback, say whether you agree with the outcome. If you agree, you and the assessor sign the Assessment Summary Record; if you disagree, do not sign it.
- Discuss the decision with the assessor or the assessment manager first.
- If you are still not satisfied, tell the assessor you intend to appeal. The assessor records this in the feedback section of the Assessment Summary Record and informs the assessment manager.

- An Assessment Appeal Panel reviews the information from you and the assessor and makes a decision. A record of the appeal and its outcome is kept.

Dr. Alfred Ang has worked in digital marketing since founding OSWeb2Design Singapore Pte Ltd in 2007, where the services included web development, graphics design and digital marketing, and he has since grown Tertiary Courses into a training brand that relies heavily on online channels to reach learners. He is a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect, and serves as Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd. His agentic AI work, built with frameworks such as n8n, the Claude Agent SDK, the OpenAI Agents SDK and CrewAI, increasingly targets marketing tasks. In his GitHub portfolio of more than 300 public repositories, socialmediapost is a full-stack publishing platform that posts video, photos and text to 22 platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, from a single API call with scheduling, queues and analytics; ai-cms combines AI content generation with a weekly auto-blog scheduler and a lead-generation chatbot; videocreation turns any topic into a narrated video for TikTok or YouTube; and his skills repository includes a reusable LinkedIn post writer. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and the NTU Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional), and he is a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), which supports the analytics side of campaign work. His northstar-marketing-consultancy project, an SEO-focused consultancy landing page with WhatsApp lead capture, shows the same attention to turning attention into enquiries.
In WSQ Agentic AI for Social Media Marketing, Dr. Ang combines marketing fundamentals with the AI tools that now speed up every stage of a Facebook campaign. The first topic covers planning: an overview of the Facebook platform and its advertising formats, mapping the customer journey with personas, analysing competitors and audiences, and developing a social media marketing plan. He uses AI assistants here to accelerate research and persona drafting, while teaching learners to validate those insights against real audience data. The second topic moves into creating the campaign itself: assessing Facebook's reach in the local market, setting up and optimising a company page for discoverability, and building ads in Ads Manager, with attention to the campaign, ad set and ad structure and to audience, budget, scheduling and placement choices. His experience automating content production informs practical advice on generating ad copy and visuals at scale without losing brand voice, and he is clear that AI-generated content must still be reviewed for accuracy and suitability before it is published. Analytics are treated as part of the cycle rather than an afterthought, so learners know how to read results and improve the next round. As an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer, he runs the class as a workshop in which each learner plans and builds a campaign for their own business or brand.
