He is also a progressive and dynamic professional, constantly seeking improvement and growth. A passionate educator and a strong advocator of long-life learning.
He has more than 10 years of WSQ trainer, an assessor and developer in the application of instructional methods, retention of learning, the different level of learning activities and Gagne’s instructional design with 11 WSQ courseware for Diploma in ‘Skill Framework for Electronics’ was approved by WSG and more than 200 staffs were trained.He has involved with mentoring and coaching of the skill-future programme for Professional Conversion Programmes (PCPs) and Earn and Learn (ELP) programme in developing Singaporean core. In the Developed Structured On-Job-Training (S-OJT) blueprint for Work-Learn Technical Diploma (WLTD) programme aligned with ITE study’s 2.5 years programme curriculum.
