He has led multiple Six Sigma projects in multinational corporations, focusing on DMAIC methodology, statistical quality tools, and breakthrough process improvements. His career includes senior roles in product development, quality assurance, and customer support, where he provided consultancy on aligning operations with strategic goals and industry standards such as IATF 16949. As an ACTA-certified trainer, Ho has delivered Lean Six Sigma training and mentored engineers in applying advanced quality methodologies. His teaching emphasizes hands-on application, enabling learners to identify waste, streamline processes, and improve workplace efficiency. With a strong track record in both consultancy and training, he ensures participants gain the practical skills to apply Lean Six Sigma tools effectively in their organizations.

Rosli Abdul Samad is a ACTA certified trainer. Rosli is organized, objective, witty, Ingenious, ability to manage change and refine the organizations’ systems to run more efficiently, and understanding business need in adopting system thinking. Operational experience in both equipment and process engineering supported operational training and led continuous improvement project.He has more than 30 years of working experience with a strong background/foundation in engineering and has led a team of engineers and trainers in my career and managing operation. He is also a progressive and dynamic professional, constantly seeking improvement and growth. A passionate educator and a strong advocator of long-life learning.
He has more than 10 years of WSQ trainer, an assessor and developer in the application of instructional methods, retention of learning, the different level of learning activities and Gagne’s instructional design with 11 WSQ courseware for Diploma in ‘Skill Framework for Electronics’ was approved by WSG and more than 200 staffs were trained.He has involved with mentoring and coaching of the skill-future programme for Professional Conversion Programmes (PCPs) and Earn and Learn (ELP) programme in developing Singaporean core. In the Developed Structured On-Job-Training (S-OJT) blueprint for Work-Learn Technical Diploma (WLTD) programme aligned with ITE study’s 2.5 years programme curriculum.

Khoo Yong is an ACTA-certified trainer with a strong foundation in adult education and applied analytics. With years of experience in training and mentoring learners, he specializes in simplifying complex concepts in data analysis and statistical methods for beginners. His expertise includes guiding participants in applying R programming to perform descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and data visualization, equipping them with practical skills to analyze data effectively and interpret results with confidence. As a certified adult educator, Khoo Yong ensures his training is engaging, structured, and accessible to learners from diverse backgrounds. He emphasizes hands-on practice with R, enabling participants to bridge theory with application in real-world contexts.
