His career spans senior leadership roles where he successfully led large-scale IT projects, digital transformation programs, and enterprise system implementations across multiple industries. As an ACLP-certified trainer, Praveen has delivered Agile and Scrum-focused programs that empower IT and business professionals to adopt iterative, value-driven project management approaches. He integrates real-world case studies, simulations, and agile practices into his teaching, enabling participants to understand how agile frameworks can be applied beyond software development into IT projects and enterprise change management. Wayne Lim is a ACTA trainer. An Agile practitioner and Scrum Master, part of a start-up in the Maritime sector, and involved in family’s’ food and beverage business. Wayne graduated from RMIT University with a bachelor’s in construction management. Having 11 years in project management experience in the construction and marine sectors. Lectured in tertiary institutions in topics like management, marketing, engineering, mathematics, and customer service. His current interest includes R and Python programming languages, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.  

Raja Rohan is a certified specialist in data analytics, big data science, and business intelligence, with expertise in tools like Qlik and Microsoft reporting technologies. His strong technical foundation spans areas such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Raja has a proven track record of leading and managing projects in BI, data warehousing, and analytics, with a focus on data mining and statistical techniques. He has extensive experience in project delivery, from requirement analysis to final execution, ensuring quality and timely outcomes. As a team leader, Raja excels at driving performance through mentorship and effective communication, consistently delivering results in complex technical environments.

Mark Tan Kee Tchuan is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt practitioner with over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation and operational process improvement. He specializes in leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize both operational and transactional environments, leading cross-functional projects to drive standardization, efficiency, and business outcomes. Mark has successfully implemented process redesign and resource optimization strategies, delivering measurable improvements across various sectors including logistics, manufacturing, service, and healthcare. With 6 years of industry consulting experience, Mark has built a strong business network through successful project delivery. He is also a Certified Scrum Master with over a decade of project management experience, overseeing large-scale system implementations, benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives. Passionate about digitalization and automation, Mark has led RPA projects and applied design thinking to enhance user experience. His recent focus includes HR and enterprise-wide process re-engineering, where he leads continuous improvement initiatives and trains professionals in Lean Six Sigma. In addition, he has been an adjunct faculty member at Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) since 2016, certifying Yellow Belt students in continuous improvement.

The font in the notes given are too small and hard to read. The alignment in the slides were also off from those presented in class. I recommend notes to be given in soft copy - easier for participants to add notes, reference weblinks etc easily. (Posted on 11/13/2019)
