With a career that spans data science leadership in industry and hands-on software development, Mr Tan Woei Ming is well placed to show learners where no-code ends, where low-code begins and how both can be used to build agentic AI applications. He is an Instructor, Software Developer and Agentic Automation specialist at Tertiary Infotech, and the trainer for Tertiary Courses' Agentic AI with n8n courses. Previously a Data Scientist and then Data Science Lead at Micron Technology, he led AI initiatives in predictive analytics, automation and process optimisation for the semiconductor and manufacturing industries. He holds First-Class Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a Master of Intelligent Systems from NUS, and he is an ACLP-certified trainer used to teaching mixed groups of technical and non-technical professionals.
In this course, learners build agentic AI applications in n8n by connecting nodes on a visual canvas rather than writing full programs. Mr Tan begins with purely no-code workflows, showing how an AI agent can reason, use tools and connect to everyday business applications. He then introduces low-code techniques, such as short expressions and code steps for reshaping data or adding logic, explaining from his developer background when a few lines of code make a workflow cleaner and easier to maintain. The final topic applies both approaches to real-life scenarios, so learners see complete agentic workflows solving practical problems from end to end. Mr Tan keeps the class accessible for business users and operations staff while giving more technical participants room to stretch, and he stresses designing workflows that colleagues can understand, test and extend long after the course has finished. Learners leave with working agentic workflows they can adapt to their own roles.
Dr. Alfred Ang is a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect who takes visual workflow tools as seriously as code. n8n, Langflow and Flowise sit alongside the OpenAI Agents SDK, Google Gemini Agent SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Microsoft AutoGen and CrewAI in the toolkit he uses to design multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines and automations for customer service, internal workflows and decision support. He is Managing Director, CIO, CTO and Chief Instructional Designer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd and founder of Tertiary Courses, holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from NUS, and is a Microsoft Certified AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) and Power App Maker (PL-100), an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and AI Practitioner, and an IBM certified instructor for the AI Practitioners course. His public n8n work is extensive: n8n-ragdemo, a no-code RAG demo in which uploaded PDFs feed a vector store and a Telegram AI agent answers questions; n8n-ragdemo2, which ingests course brochures into Supabase, Pinecone or Qdrant for a customer-service chatbot; n8n-hrportal, a self-service HR portal with human-in-the-loop leave approval and an OpenAI HR chatbot guarded by input and output guardrails; n8n-inventorycontrol, an inventory forecasting agent driven by a local LLM; and iotplatform, a low-code IoT platform automated with drag-and-drop n8n flows. He also holds an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance (Senior Professional) from NTU, and is an ACTA-certified trainer and DACE-certified curriculum developer who designs practical, workplace-focused courses.
On No Code and Low Code Agentic AI Applications, Dr. Ang supports learners as they build working agents in n8n by connecting nodes on a canvas instead of writing full programs. The course starts with no-code agentic AI workflows: triggers, AI agent nodes, chat models, memory and tools that let an agent reason and act. It then moves into low-code workflows, where small expressions, code nodes and API calls extend what an agent can do, before closing with real-life applications such as document question answering, customer enquiries, approvals and reporting. Having built these patterns himself, he helps learners avoid the common traps, such as missing credentials, unclear agent instructions, unchecked outputs and workflows that fail silently, and he shows where a human approval step belongs. His Power Platform certification also lets him compare n8n with other low-code options learners may already use at work. He keeps the pace practical for business users, analysts, operations staff and IT professionals alike, giving individual help as learners debug their own flows. Each learner leaves with workflows they built and understand, and a clear path to automating tasks in their own role. He also stresses good habits such as naming nodes clearly, testing with sample data and documenting each workflow, so that colleagues can maintain what learners build after the course. Learners who want to explore his n8n and agentic AI projects can view his GitHub portfolio at https://github.com/alfredang and connect with him on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/angchewhoe/
Allen Wong is an ACTA-certified trainer and digital marketing strategist who looks at AI through the lens of everyday business results. Over more than eight years he has worked across e-commerce, events, FMCG, real estate and finance, achieving a career-wide return on ad spend of 300%, peaking at 1000% in events, and generating $2M in e-commerce revenue and over $5M in sales. As an AI enthusiast with a data-driven, cost-conscious approach to marketing, he is well suited to helping business users and operations staff see where agentic AI can save time and where human judgement still matters.
No Code and Low Code Agentic AI Applications teaches participants to assemble AI agents in n8n by connecting nodes on a visual canvas instead of writing traditional code. Learners first develop no-code agentic AI workflows, then extend them with low-code steps, and finally apply them to real-life scenarios in which agents reason, use tools and connect to business applications to complete multi-step tasks. Allen draws on his experience across several industries to help participants pick workflows worth automating and define what a good result looks like. The outcome is a set of working n8n agent workflows and the confidence to identify further automation opportunities in their own teams.
Kesston Tang is an ICT professional, consultant and trainer with more than two decades of experience in the information and communications technology sector and in supply chain (warehouse management). He has delivered project management on multi-million-dollar initiatives for multinational corporations and government agencies, and also provides coaching and consultation to clients on online presence marketing and management. Kesston is ACTA certified and holds certifications including PMP, ITIL, CEH, CHFI, SOC Analyst (CSA), MCSA and TOGAF. He has conducted numerous National WSQ and NICF trainings in Singapore and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master in Education (NTU).
In No Code and Low Code Agentic AI Applications, Kesston brings his ICT and operations background to building agentic AI applications with n8n, using visual no-code and low-code approaches instead of traditional programming. Learners develop no-code agentic AI workflows by connecting nodes on a canvas, then extend them with low-code steps when more control is needed. The course closes with real-life applications of agentic AI workflows, where agents reason, use tools, connect to business applications and carry out multi-step tasks. His experience with operational processes helps participants identify which tasks are worth automating. Learners leave able to design and build practical AI agents for their own business processes.
Patrick Foo is an ACTA-certified trainer whose career bridges business systems and online technology. With UK accountancy and computer science qualifications, he worked as an accountant, business solutions consultant and manager, and professional services manager specialising in ERP, CRM and business intelligence. In 2010 he earned his Advanced Search Engine Marketing Certification from Search Engine Academy, USA, and started Business Online Centre, a one-stop solution for SMEs that covers domain registration, hosting, web design, SEO/SEM and Facebook marketing. Since 2011 he has conducted public and corporate website design classes on popular open-source platforms such as Joomla.
In No Code and Low Code Agentic AI Applications, he draws on his business solutions background to show how everyday processes can be automated with AI agents built in n8n. Learners develop no-code agentic AI workflows by connecting nodes on a visual canvas, extend them with low-code steps where more control is needed, and then apply agentic workflows to real-life business scenarios. His experience with ERP, CRM and business intelligence helps participants think clearly about the data, applications and decisions an automation touches, so business users, operations staff, analysts and entrepreneurs leave able to assemble practical AI agents that reason, use tools and complete multi-step tasks without traditional programming.
