What's This Course About

Microsoft Copilot for HR equips participants with practical skills to use Microsoft Copilot 365, SharePoint, AI agents, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance and automate HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Participants will learn to use Copilot and AI agents for recruitment and candidate screening, including reviewing candidate information in SharePoint, matching candidates against job requirements, developing screening criteria, and supporting shortlisting. They will use Copilot to generate role-specific interview questions, develop interview rubrics, conduct interview practice sessions, and support structured candidate evaluation.

The course covers employee onboarding using Copilot Studio and AI agents to automate workflows, manage HR information, and provide employees with relevant resources. Participants will also create HR policy agents that retrieve information from SharePoint and respond to employee enquiries about policies, leave, benefits, and workplace procedures.

For talent development, participants will use Copilot to identify skills gaps, support development planning, and recommend relevant learning opportunities. They will also explore AI-enabled offboarding processes, including knowledge transfer, documentation, exit procedures, and workflow coordination.

Throughout the course, participants will apply responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, fairness, appropriate access controls, and human oversight when using AI in HR processes.

James Lee Kin Nam is a ACTA certified trainer. James has more than 20 years of progressive training experience in both corporate enterprises and educational institutes. He is certified by Adobe as an Adobe Certified Expert, Instructor and Web Specialist. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP Certified Trainer / Assessor) in adult training. He is also an MOE Registered Instructor. Graduated in the area of Computer Studies and Multimedia Development, he specializes in graphics, animation and web technologies.
He was a former Adjunct Lecturer for Singapore Polytechnic, Web Developer for Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Social Media & Content Specialist for Equinet Academy. He is currently an External Consultant & Training Associate at Boston Consulting Group.
He has guided many users in the usage of Adobe applications and website development to achieve greater heights in their career advancement. With his knowledge and experiences, James has the ability to explain and simplify complex concepts. He will be able to make positive contributions to your learning journey.

Dr Alvin Ang is a ACTA certified trainer. Alvin Ang did his Ph.D., Masters and Bachelors from NTU, Singapore.
