How to Apply SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
SFEC helps companies pay for employee training. The current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and a redesigned SFEC starts on 1 December 2026.
Current SFEC: classes ending on or before 30 November 2026
- Eligible companies received a one-off $10,000 credit, notified by letter to their Corppass administrator. Eligibility generally required at least 3 Singapore Citizen or PR employees and Skills Development Levy contributions.
- SFEC covers up to 90% of the company's out-of-pocket course fee after other subsidies.
- Check your company's SFEC eligibility and balance on EnterpriseSG.
- Register your Singapore Citizen or PR employee for a class that ends by 30 November 2026, as company-sponsored, and pay the course fee after funding.
- Your employee attends and completes the course. We submit the attendance and assessment results to SWDA.
- No separate claim is needed. SFEC is calculated automatically once the course fee grant is approved and is paid quarterly to your company's IRAS GIRO or PayNow Corporate account.
Any unused balance of the current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026.
Redesigned SFEC from 1 December 2026
Companies with at least 3 resident employees receive a fresh $10,000 in an online SFEC wallet that offsets out-of-pocket fees upfront at enrolment, instead of reimbursing them afterwards. SWDA has not yet published the support rates and claim steps; see OurWorkforce or our SFEC guide.

More details: MOE PSEA overview.

In WSQ - Mastering Notion for Content, Project, and Database Management, Dr. Mak shows how Notion can become an organisation's shared workspace for content, projects and knowledge. Learners build pages and wikis, design relational databases with properties, views, filters and templates, set up project and content pipelines, collaborate with teammates and use Notion AI to draft, summarise and organise information. His experience running a group of education and technology companies and designing learning programmes helps learners structure a workspace that a whole team will actually use.
Dr. Alfred Ang is a PMP-certified project manager, courseware developer and corporate trainer. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from NTU and a BSc (Hons) in Physics from NUS, and spent more than 20 years in the defence, electronics and semiconductor industries, where he co-invented more than 20 US patents and published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers. Today he is the Chief Technology Officer of Tertiary Infotech Academy and founded Tertiary Infotech Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia in 2016. As CTO he leads the planning, delivery and continuous release of the course-registration and learning management platform behind the Tertiary Courses websites in Singapore, Malaysia and Ghana, coordinating developers, trainers and operations staff across three countries. His teams design and publish courseware and run the learning platforms that deliver it, so he knows first-hand what it takes to plan, build and maintain digital learning and project content at scale.
On WSQ - Mastering Notion for Content, Project, and Database Management, Dr. Ang adds a project management perspective drawn from his PMP practice, showing how to structure projects, tasks, owners and timelines in Notion so that status stays visible and nothing falls through the cracks.
Patrick Oh is a management consultant who has spent his career helping organisations bring order to their processes, records and information. A Singapore Certified Management Consultant, listed by TUV SUD as a certified consultant and working with SG Venture Consulting, he is a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) consultant who implements and audits various ISO management systems, including quality and environmental management systems, ISO 14064 greenhouse gas accounting and internal audit, all of which depend on well-organised documentation. He is CIPM (IAPP) certified and has provided Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) consultancy for more than 13 years, alongside wider corporate compliance work. His practice also covers performance management and solutions design consulting, sustainability practice and reporting, and community development. Before becoming a management consultant, Patrick worked for years as an automation design engineer, and he continues to write on management topics.
In this course, Patrick approaches Notion as a tool for organising content, projects and knowledge in a way that a team can actually maintain. As learners build pages, subpages, wikis and verified pages, he draws on his experience structuring documentation for management systems to show how clear hierarchies, consistent templates and good navigation make information easy to find and trust. His solutions design background helps learners think through how to model projects and content in Notion databases, using properties, views, links and backlinks to suit the way their teams work. In the collaboration topics, covering comments, mentions, reminders, notifications and shared workspaces, he highlights the governance questions that come with shared information, including who can see and edit what, and his PDPA and CIPM expertise brings practical awareness of handling personal data responsibly in a collaborative workspace. Learners leave able to implement Notion for content, project and database management in line with sensible organisational policies. He also encourages learners to keep their workspaces simple, consistent and easy for new team members to adopt.
Dr. Siva (Prof. Dr. S. Sivanesan) is a governance, risk and compliance specialist in Singapore with more than 30 years of experience. His practice spans governance and board advisory, enterprise risk management (ERM), internal controls and audit, and sustainability and ESG governance and reporting. He is experienced in business process reengineering and in streamlining policies and procedures, and his technology work covers IT governance, technology risk, cybersecurity aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST, user access management and data protection. He curates ERM frameworks and training roadmaps, has worked with boards, regulators, financial institutions, the public sector and charities across Asia, and is the author of "Governance & Risk in a Charitable Setting - Nemesis or Necessity". He holds a Doctorate in Governance, Risks and Sustainability from EIMT, a Masters in Business Systems and a Bachelor of Economics (Accountancy) from Monash University, and a Specialist Diploma in Sustainability Reporting from Temasek Polytechnic. His professional credentials include CIA, CISA and CRISC, and he is ACLP-certified in Singapore and an HRDC-accredited trainer in Malaysia.
In this WSQ course on mastering Notion for content, project and database management, Dr. Siva focuses on how a shared workspace can become a reliable, well-organised source of truth. As learners build pages, wikis and verified pages, work with collaboration tools and set up databases, he relates these features to the disciplines he applies in streamlining policies and procedures: clear ownership, consistent structure and content that stays current. His experience with user access management and data protection is directly relevant to deciding who can view, comment on and edit content in a workspace, and to handling sensitive information sensibly. His process reengineering background helps learners design Notion workflows that genuinely simplify how teams track projects and manage content, rather than adding clutter. The course emphasises implementing and adhering to organisational content management policies, and learners leave able to use Notion productively while keeping their content, projects and data organised, governed and secure.
Praveen Dayal is a senior IT leader, project management practitioner and ACLP-certified trainer with extensive expertise in information security, risk management and digital transformation. He has held senior leadership roles across banking, finance, manufacturing, e-commerce and IT consulting, leading large-scale IT projects and enterprise system implementations. He holds credentials including PMP, PMI-ACP, ASM, CISA, CISM, CRISC and CDPSE, has delivered accredited courses leading to globally recognised certifications, and has designed professional development programmes for workplace learning.
In WSQ - Mastering Notion for Content, Project, and Database Management, Praveen brings a project manager's eye to organising work and information in Notion. Learners build pages and subpages, set up wikis and verified pages, and use comments, mentions, reminders and search to collaborate within a workspace. They work with content blocks, synced blocks, links and backlinks, then move into Notion databases to manage properties, tasks and dependencies for project tracking and content management. His information security background adds a practical perspective on structuring shared workspaces and controlling who sees what. Participants leave able to harness Notion as a digital tool for better organisation, collaboration and decision-making.
