Produce ESG and sustainability reports faster with Generative AI for Sustainability Reporting. This hands-on 2-day course teaches you how to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to gather and analyse ESG data, draft disclosures, and align reports to leading frameworks. Instead of writing everything manually, you will let AI accelerate research, data analysis and drafting while you ensure accuracy, materiality and compliance.

Through practical projects, participants will use AI to collect and structure ESG data, calculate and interpret metrics, draft narrative disclosures, and map content to frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD and ISSB. You will also learn to prompt effectively, fact-check and validate AI output, and apply AI responsibly and transparently for sustainability reporting. By the end of the course, you will be able to prepare credible, framework-aligned sustainability reports faster with a generative AI workflow.

Ng Herk Low is a Certified Sustainability Professional with the GRI Academy (2023) and an ACLP 2.0-certified trainer, bringing extensive leadership experience in sustainability strategy, social impact, and corporate governance. As Division Director at the Singapore International Foundation, he leads strategic planning, partnerships, and financial sustainability initiatives. Previously, he directed the Social Service Sector Strategic Thrusts (4ST) 2022–2026 at NCSS and spearheaded transformation programs in organizational strategy and culture building. With a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, Ng Herk Low has held senior roles in AWWA, SG Enable, and IDA, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, governance, and capability-building initiatives. In sustainability reporting training, he equips learners with both strategic and operational perspectives, guiding them through applying GRI Standards to develop transparent, accountable, and stakeholder-focused sustainability reports. His extensive public sector and non-profit experience ensures participants gain practical insights into sustainability reporting that drive real impact.

Lynn Foo specialises in Sustainability & ESG, Carbon Footprint Measurement & Management, ESG Reporting & Disclosure, Circular Economy/Waste Management. As a certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner by the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE), Lynn serves as the principal trainer for the HP-SIM SkillsFuture Queen Bee Programme - Advancing Towards a Sustainable Industry 4.0. She also imparts her knowledge to various Institutes of Higher Learning and SSG approved training partners. Leveraging her expertise in design thinking, Lynn coaches professionals in utilizing Design Thinking framework and circular economy business models to develop sustainable products and services. As a business practitioner with over 20 years of industry experience, including a tenure as the Director of an international school, Lynn spearheaded various portfolios including corporate strategy, sustainability initiatives, corporate social responsibility programmes and regulatory compliance. Lynn holds the Advanced Certificate in Integrating Sustainability for a Future-Ready Business (SMU).
