ACP Revit Architectural Design: Certification Prep Guide for Singapore (WSQ-Funded)
Short version: P. This guide covers what the course teaches, who it suits, what it costs after WSQ funding, and how to decide whether it is the right next step for you.
reparation for the Autodesk Certified Professional exam in Revit for Architectural Design — the credential that certifies professional-level architectural BIM authoringOur WSQ - Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) for Revit Architectural Design course runs hands-on in Singapore and is WSQ-funded, so most Singaporeans and PRs pay a fraction of the listed fee. Here is the honest picture.
Certification, not just training
BIM-mandated projects increasingly ask what your team is actually certified in. For an architectural practice bidding on public-sector work, certified staff is a tender differentiator as much as a personal credential.
Who this course is for
It is aimed at architectural staff, BIM coordinators and Revit users seeking a recognised professional credential. You do not need a design degree — you need to be comfortable with a computer and willing to work through hands-on exercises.
What you will actually learn
- ACP Revit exam domains, format and scoring
- Advanced modelling: walls, roofs, stairs and complex geometry
- Families, parameters, schedules and view control
- Documentation, collaboration and timed exam practice

Frequently asked questions
Do I need prior experience to join?
No formal prerequisite beyond basic computer literacy. This one is different, though: it is exam preparation, so you should already be using the software regularly. If you are new to it, take the foundation course first. The class is taught hands-on, so you build as you learn rather than watching slides.
How much will I actually pay?
The listed fee is $1600 before GST. At 50% WSQ funding you pay roughly half; at 70% (Singaporeans aged 40 and above) noticeably less again. SkillsFuture Credit can then offset the balance, which for many learners brings the cash outlay close to zero.
Is this course WSQ-certified?
Yes. It is a WSQ course under the SkillsFuture Singapore framework, which is what makes the funding and SkillsFuture Credit available. You will need to meet the attendance and assessment requirements to be certified and for funding to be disbursed.
Does the course fee include the exam?
Check the current course page before enrolling — exam voucher inclusion varies by intake and is stated there. Ask us directly if it is not clear; we would rather answer than have you assume.
What happens if I fail the exam?
The ACP is a vendor exam sat under Autodesk''s rules, including their retake policy. The class prepares you with timed practice under exam conditions, but the certification itself is awarded by Autodesk, not by us.
