The course coordinator did not inform me that i need to download the autocad software in order for me to attend the course. I was not sent the course notes till i asked for it after hearing about it from the trainer on the day of the course. I had to chase the course coordinator in order for me to get a confirmation on the course date, details of the course and time of the course.1. Do you find the course meet your expectation? 2. Overall very bad customer service and course coordination.
The trainer is very well versed with the course materials and knowledge. I have no knowledge of how to use autocad and i wanted to learn and eventually master it But the trainer tends to laugh when i am make a mistake or when i am lost at some point while trying my best to manoeuvre through the software and its many functions. This type of bad customer service from the course coordinator and mocking from the trainer is not the correct way of teaching and training students. I hope this is taken into consideration. Thank you (Posted on 12/20/2020) - will recommend Review by Course Participant/Trainee

The software custom settings and all important pieces of information are good to print in on the note to make it more comprehensive. Drawing for practicing should be on printed paper instead of on the screen; students also can bring it home for practice. (Posted on 12/2/2020)1. Do you find the course meet your expectation? 2.
